Contract IT Support Analyst

Job Description

Contract - 3 Months - IT Support Analyst – Windows 11 Rollout - £275 per day

Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for your next contract? Do you have experience rolling out Windows 11 across large-scale environments? If you're within a commutable distance of Northampton and happy to be on-site five days a week, this could be the perfect role for you.

TechXperts Recruitment is working with a Northampton-based business to recruit an IT Support Engineer for a Windows 11 migration project. You’ll be responsible for collecting and reimaging devices, ensuring data is securely stored and setting up new equipment. Additionally, you’ll maintain records of new kit and support end-users throughout the transition.

What we’re looking for:
Experience with Windows migrations, including reimaging laptops and other devices
Strong 1st/2nd Line IT Support experience
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with stakeholders who may not have a technical background
Commutable distance to Northampton (ideally within an hour)

What’s in it for you?
