Innovation Product Engineer

Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Innovation Product Engineer in electronic field for automotive EVs application.
An appetite for innovative technologies, a strong autonomy, seniority, a taste for challenge are all qualities that are necessary to join our growing company, with the opportunity and responsibility to contribute to our brilliant future.
The position involves customer travel.

Responsibilities:
- Propose product strategy for new product in Position Sensors
- Define new features and solutions with customer, research center and with our internal R&D and Sales team
- Workshop with EV motors makers qualifying needs and specifications
- study of future Norms and new requirements
- Functional architecture definition (description on functions needed , specification on HW and SW )
- Conduct technical competitive analysis and benchmarking
- Provide input (key advantages, Cost…) for new product business case
- Manage patent creation step by step during innovation development

Your profile
- Master / Expert in power electronics automotive application
- Capability to discuss and solve problem on technical issue in IGBT, Motor control system proposing new solutions
- Approximately +10 years of professional experience
- English skills C1 level
- Internal & external Customer Orientation
- Communicative Behavior & Sense of Responsibility
