Senior Programme Management Coordinator - IT
Job Description
My client is looking for a Senior IT Programme Coordinator to join their team as they embark on a major transformation programme.

This is a pivotal role within the programme and the successful candidate will need to have experience of setting up infrastructure and application projects on a global scale and have a strong IT background.

You will work senior stakeholders to develop locations of new offices and IT services globally. This will be a hands-on role and the successful candidate will need to have adept planning skills and experience of IT operating model and product based models.

This is a senior role and is paying between £800 - £1000 per day therefore if you do not have the required experience we cannot unfortunately consider your application.

Skills and experience needed
Extensive demonstrable experience working as a Programme/PMO Coordinator at a Senior level within an IT environment
Background of working within global complex organisations
Experience of working with stakeholders up to C-level
IT operations experience, strong understanding of technology, e.g. CRM, devops, software assets
Previous experience of managing teams and driving them forwards
A background within a global consultancy or financial services would be highly desirable
Experience of using copilot is desirable but not essential

Contract Test Lead
Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Software and Systems Manual Test Lead to support them with a crucial implementation and integration project on a contract basis. This will initially be for four months, with possible view to extend.

You will be highly experienced in leading an integration project and owning the test strategy. Being the main point of contact, you will be experienced with communicating with Senior Stakeholders, Heads of departments and external suppliers. Sharing your knowledge and previous experience across the wider team to continuously make improvements as the project progresses.

You will be sitting within an existing, experienced Test Team and will have an experienced Test Engineer supporting you, that will also be dedicated to this project.

A new central message exchange system and data integration platform will be implemented, then integrated across the business which will require software and systems testing along the path of the project and through to the end of the project. The final stage of the project with be the testing of the product.

The company are predominantly a manual testing house; however, some experience of automation is required as some automation may be introduced at times. The databases are all Oracle and SQL based so experience of working on both is required and DevOps is in place to manage the project work. The Test Team currently work with DSDM, so experience of working with Agile is essential and currently working to two weekly sprints.

Please note, you would be required to attend the office in Horley, Surrey 1-2 times a week so it’s imperative you can travel here consistently. Please do not apply if this location isn't suitable. More locally based candidates would be preferable for this reason.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.There is plenty of local parking and the office is a five/ten-minute walk to the train station.
This contract falls inside of IR35
Day rate: £425-480 a day, doe


Skills/experience/attributes required:

Minimum of four to five solid years’ experience as a Manual Test Lead or Manager (need to be able to ‘hit the ground running’
Solid manual testing experience is essential, experience of automation testing is highly desirable
Experience of working with Agile/DSDM framework and using Azure DevOps
Solid experience of integration/application, regression and migration testing
Experience of working with SQL Server and Oracle
Ability to write a clear and concise test plan
Strong problem solver with a high attention to detail
Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
Articulate, professional with clear verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys working within a team but confident to work under own esteem
Experience of working within the energy industry is highly desirable but not essential
Experience of working within a regulated environment would be useful
Friendly, team player that enjoys communicating with other departments in the wider business

My client is looking for a Digital Product Manager that has experience of working on and enhancing digital apps to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

The Digital Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams on new and existing propositions. You will have experience with the full product lifecycle and be able to demonstrate where you have successfully achieved a positive outcome leading to measurable business impact and enhanced user experience.

Experience working on healthcare or wellness apps is desirable, but demonstrable success in enhancing customer journeys or driving business impact is even more important.

Skills and experience needed;
Digital product management experience with a focus on apps.
Demonstrated ability to lead digital teams from concept through product discovery, validation and delivery
Track record of enhancing customer or business impact
Good understanding of user centred design, the software development lifecycle and expertise in working in agile methodologies within complex environments
Solid stakeholder management experience and strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the product roadmap and outcomes
Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys and features through data insights
Proficiency in product management tools (Jira / Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Amplitude)

Please note this role has been deemed inside IR35 (£550 - £650 per day) and you will need to work through an umbrella company if successful
