The Opportunity: Your Role as a Graduate Developer
We seek a talented and motivated Graduate Front and back-end developer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment. You'll be able to contribute to exciting projects and play a key role in our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
Contributing to the development and maintenance of our web applications.
Working on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
Collaborating with the team to implement new features and improvements.
Learning and applying new technologies and best practices.
The freedom to grow your skills and contribute your ideas to the business.

What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate with a passion for web development.
A solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with back-end technologies (any experience is a bonus!).
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
Experience with ZOHO CRM and ZOHO One would be advantageous.

What We Offer You:
Competitive Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (£26,000 - £28,000 per annum).
Flexible Working: This is a home-working, flexitime contract with expected hours between 20 and 40 per week pro rata, perfectly suited to fit around any ongoing studies if required.
Career Growth: This is initially a minimum 6-month contract with a strong option for a full-time contract.
