Data & Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to work closely with internal stakeholders, including strategy, social teams, and client services. This role is crucial in tracking, organising, and managing data while building insightful reports to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Tracking & Management - Collaborate with key stakeholders to organise and manage data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Insightful Reporting - Analyse data and build reports that effectively communicate the story behind the numbers.
Brief Alignment - Understand, interrogate, and ensure alignment with briefs before execution.
Problem-Solving - Identify potential challenges in fulfilling briefs and proactively address them with relevant stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in analytical and reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and data manipulation.
Ability to perform basic data analysis techniques, including pivot tables and formula construction.
Capable of converting raw data into structured tracking templates.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Ability to contribute to campaign analysis, evaluation, and feedback.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
Experience in social media or marketing.
Familiarity with esports, sports, or gaming campaigns.
Understanding of marketing cost values, including CPMs and CPVs.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Junior CRM Loyalty Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving customer retention and rewards programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you can shape loyalty initiatives and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Loyalty Manager and Loyalty Executive in developing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
Execute and optimize loyalty reward campaigns from concept to completion, including briefing, design, build, testing, release, and analysis.
Manage promotional tools and discount promotions across luxury stores, ensuring seamless execution.
Conduct data analysis on gift vouchers, store credit, and promotions to improve ROI and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Manage offline gifting and ad hoc events to strengthen customer relationships.
Skills & Experience
Experience in luxury fashion, e-commerce, or CRM loyalty programs.
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge is a plus).
Solid understanding of email marketing processes and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
