MISSIONS
Nous recherchons un Développeur full stack pour nous aider à faire évoluer notre solution de Data Management.
Vos principales missions :
Contribuer au développement et à l'évolution de nos solutions logicielles.
Participerez à la définition des tests unitaires, des revues et corrections de codes,
Le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs clients,
La participation à la modernisation de certains modules du produit,
Participer à la maintenance et la mise en place des bonnes pratiques du clean code,
Travailler dans un environnement Agile,
Être force de proposition en apportant des solutions techniques issues de votre veille technologique,
Contribuez à la recette.
LA PÉPITE POUR NOUS, C’EST UN ESPRIT TALENTUEUX QUI :
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en ingénierie logicielle (école d’ingénieur ou université) et avez une première expérience en développement fullstack,
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en Front et Back,
Enfin, votre esprit d’équipe, votre capacité d’écoute et d’ouverture et votre volonté de progresser aux côtés d’autres développeurs vous permettront de vous intégrer dans un environnement multiculturel où l’innovation est au cœur des projets.
Environnement technique :
Compétences solides en JavaScript, HTML et CSS (Tailwind css souhaité),
Compétences solides en Java (Java 8, Spring),
Bonne notion en VueJS, ReactJS, Typescript et/ou NodeJS,
Bases de données : MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL,
Git, Maven et Docker.

We are looking for a talented full-stack engineer to join the development of Impress, a cutting-edge SaaS platform dedicated to financial reporting, designed for scalability, security, and high performance — all within a remote-friendly environment.
In our engineering team we build the interfaces, data pipelines and architecture to provide our clients with the best user experience. Each member of our team designs, develops, tests, deploys and improves software. By joining our engineering team, you will be part of a talented and pragmatic team who loves to interact with the product but also our clients. Your Missions & Activities
Design, develop, and deliver innovative end-to-end features for Impress, our financial reporting SaaS platform, using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies with a strong focus on user experience and backend reliability.
Collaborate closely with Designers and Product teams to craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences and ensure product-market fit.
Work within small, autonomous Pizza Teams (fewer than 7 people) to maintain full ownership and control over the entire development lifecycle.
Continuously optimize application performance, from fine-tuning API queries to improving front-end loading times.
Lead and execute migration projects from on-premises Dockerized environments to AWS cloud infrastructure, boosting system scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
Strengthen platform security and regulatory compliance through regular security audits, DevOps best practices, and strict coding standards.
Maintain a clean, scalable, and high-quality codebase by enforcing rigorous testing (unit, integration, and E2E) across the entire development chain.

Your Profile
Graduate from an engineering school
2 to 5 years of professional experience in a SaaS environment
Passionate about technology and eager to make a meaningful impact within the team
Quick to adapt to new environments and capable of solving complex problems with autonomy
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong ownership of responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating within an international context — professional English proficiency is mandatory
Interest in investment, financial markets, or asset management is a big plus — experience in a Fintech is great, but curiosity and the drive to learn matter just as much
