Full-Stack Developer
My international client is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for a long term contract assignment. They offer a hybrid working model but Consultants will need to work on site at the customer site in Brussels up to 5 days per Quarter.
Tasks and Responsibilities of the Full-Stack Developer
Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
Technical interface between the project leaders and the business users.
Production of software architecture documents.
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
Required skills and experience
Master Degree + 11 years of relevant working experience
At least 4 years of specific expertise in node.JS
At least 2.5 years of specific expertise in Angular/eUI
At least 3 years of specific expertise in database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle
Expertise in PHP and TypeScript
Knowledge in using tools from Atlassian like JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo and confluence for software development management
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to adapt efficiently and fast into an existing development team
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies
Good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Good knowledge of English
Desirable:
Experience with EUI open source
Knowledge of French is a plus

Site Reliability Engineer
Are you a Site Reliability Engineer looking for a new opportunity !
You could be the ideal candidate for a new opening with my International client based in Strasbourg. This is a long term contract assignment but please note the work is to be performed on-site at the customer offices. The work is to start as soon as possible.
What will your tasks and responsibilities be ?
Interpret relevant application development, operations and infrastructure implications of developed solution.
Utilise architect solutions to map client’s business issues to an end-to-end technology solution.
Implement infrastructure maintenance routines and schedules.
Assess and optimise IT Infrastructure, IT operations and service delivery.
Business development activities including develop project scope definition, work plans and proposals.
Work with other practice areas and provide subject matter expertise related to IT infrastructure systems.
Assist in the design and Project Management for implementation new technologies.
Participate in examining technologies and operations related to IT infrastructure environments, and evaluate and report out findings; and make recommendations based on findings.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
Master Degree in IT or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industry business practice, business consulting or technical consulting is required.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Strong hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g. Grafana).
Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
Capacity in writing and presenting documents.
Experience of working in an agile software development environment.
Experience in data networking technologies including protocols, design, security and business continuity preferred.
Experience implementing and supporting or consulting on IT Infrastructure desired.
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.

Front-end Developer
For my International client I am seeking a Front End Developer with 10 years IT experience including at least 5 years as a Software and Application Developer. This is a contract assignment, initially for 6 months but extensions are possible. The work needs to be conducted on site at the client offices in Strasbourg. Remote or hybrid working is not possible on this project.
What will your tasks and responsibilities be ?
Building complex, scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks.
Developing responsive and visually appealing UIs with Tailwind CSS.
Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Optimizing build pipelines and workflows.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
Review system performance and suggest improvements for scalability and efficiency.
The skills and experience we are seeking
Hold at least a High School Certificate
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years of experience as software and application developer
Minimum 5 years of experience with Typescript, React, Next.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js
Minimum 1 year active work experience with UML or CASE tools for modelling and development
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and CSS3
Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Jest and Vitest
Experience with Vite, Webpack or similar
Knowledge of Git (including GitFlow, GitHub, and GitLab workflows)
Experience with TDD, BDD, and collaboration tools like ESLint, Prettier, and Npm/Yarn
Familiarity with VS Code or IntelliJ
Knowledge of clusters, Kubernetes and containers (e.g. Docker)
Good knowledge of the web services
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum workflows
Experience with solution architecture
