SteppingStones is an Recruitment Agency based in the Cayman Islands and UK, serving both those markets and several other European and offshore jurisdictions. We specialise in Executive Recruitment and Temporary Staffing in the fields of legal and financial services for local and international candidates. We have an established reputation for our thorough approach to client and candidate needs, matching skills, personalities and experience in a way that sets us apart from other agencies.
In February 2019 we were awarded the Investors in People Platinum Accreditation – the first organisation on the North American side of the Atlantic Ocean and within the top 1% of the IIP community who have reached this landmark level.
