Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK’s largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25. We use the collective insight from over one million hours of professional support we have provided to guide people to self-help, community support, and professional help that matches their wants, needs, and goals in life.
Role Objective
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team to help us build the future of personalised digital mental health care. By blending user-needs and data driven improvements, you will work to deliver effective and engaging product functionality to our users and maintain high contract performance.

Main Responsibilities
Product Delivery:
Drive product discovery work including competitor research, user research and design sprints, alongside our user research and design teams.
Identify and prioritise opportunities relating to your area to formulate a quarterly roadmap and identify appropriate success metrics.
Define product requirements and work with technical leads to refine these in order to write work tickets with sound acceptance criteria.
Run sprints and communicate sprint/goal progress as well as blockers and risks to the rest of the team.
Proactively balance multiple priorities and navigate trade offs between them
Product Strategy
Support the Head of Research, Data Science and Product to ensure data science models are developed and deployed successfully in the product
Work closely with Product Design to ensure app design is coherent to the clinical product model
Sift through and draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data sets, and use data to drive decision-making
Stakeholder Management
Help to guide stakeholders through complex problem spaces, helping them to consider trade-offs to make a decision.
Communicate product decisions to internal customers, with the support of the Head of Product, and incorporate high level business needs into the product roadmap.
Liaise with external customers and commercial stakeholders about their requirements and planned updates to the application
Commercial Engagement
Support the senior product team in maintaining collaborations with organisations or academic partners in order to populate the application with clinically effective content and functionality that appeals to all segments of the young user demographic.
Help to assess third party tooling and software for applicability and usefulness in our app.
Cross-functional /Specialist Workflows
Support the delivery team in incorporating a translation workflow of content and therapeutic support into the app.
Show awareness of and consideration for clinical safety workflows within the app functionality, including audit of clinical sessions and risk escalation for users in need.

Role Objective
To drive the effective capture, coordination, and delivery of tender opportunities, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions and accurate pipeline forecasting to support commercial decision-making and business growth.

Main responsibilities:
Tender Capture Process & Forecasting
Utilise the tender capture and evaluation framework to complete capture management documentation, supporting bid/no-bid decisions in collaboration with commercial leadership
Own and maintain the tender dashboard, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of opportunities
Liaise closely with regional teams to maintain opportunity data integrity, coordinating monthly updates and leading regular tender review calls
Tender Response Coordination
Lead the development and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined customer timeframes
Coordinate proposal inputs across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery functions
Work closely with regional directors post-publication to assess tenders, determine service model suitability, and ensure alignment with business needs
Own and manage TenderGPT, working with the data science team to ensure quarterly updates and integration of best practice responses
Tender Opportunity Review
Oversee the effective and timely review of new tender opportunities (e.g., via Contracts Advance, Find-a-Tender), escalating significant opportunities as required
Serve as the system owner for Contracts Advance, ensuring effective team use, training, and process adherence
Monitor tender email inbox and ensure effective communication of updates, clarification questions and procurement related comms
Market Engagement & RFIs
Support Relationship Managers in responding to market engagement events and Requests for Information (RFIs), gathering insights on commissioner priorities
Complete and submit engagement returns and RFI documentation as required
Management of Tender Portals, Sales Tools & Framework Agreements
Own and manage access and usage of sales tools such as Contracts Advance, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cirrus Insight, and other relevant platforms
Maintain oversight of all tender portals, including account management, documentation download, and bid submission processes
Manage framework agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), with a focus on reporting and compliance, particularly for frameworks such as G-Cloud and NHS SBS
Requirements
Technical Skills
Skilled in condensing complex information and bid writing, particularly within NHS/public sector (Level 3)
Experienced in contract/tender portal management (e.g., Contracts Advance), tender submissions, and public sector procurement (Level 3)
Proficient in project management and stakeholder engagement (internal & external) (Level 3)
Knowledgeable in business development, sales processes, and commissioning landscapes for mental and digital health (Level 1-2)
Competent in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, Tableau (Level 3)
Power Skills
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, communication, and adaptability (Level 3)
Effective in planning and delivering compliant proposals in complex settings (Level 2)
Solid time management and relationship-building abilities (Level 2)
Education / Qualifications
Degree (Essential)
Bid and Proposal Apprenticeship / APMP Foundation or higher (Desirable)
