Vous êtes fait pour ce poste si :
Vous avez 5+ ans d’expérience en Fullstack SE.
Vous avez évolué dans un environnement startup.
Vous maîtrisez Python et JavaScript, et vous avez un souci de qualité et maintenabilité du code
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des pratiques DevOps et de l’infrastructure as code (IaC).
Intérêt pour la stratégie produit et business, avec la capacité d’aligner les décisions techniques aux objectifs de l’entreprise.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team of a fast-growing and innovative AI-based startup; and play a key role in developing a cutting-edge AI orchestration platform. This is not just a coding position—you will contribute to architectural decisions, product strategy, and directly collaborate with enterprise clients to build scalable and secure AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of software development and product design, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Design and develop a modular platform that enables AI deployment strategists to customize workflows efficiently.
Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native systems capable of managing high volumes of interactions.
Build and iterate on prototypes to validate key design concepts and assess technical constraints.
Collaborate with internal teams and enterprise clients to optimize and refine AI-driven customer support solutions.
Ensure best practices in DevOps and infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficient deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications
6/7+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in building scalable systems.
Strong coding skills in Python (MUST) and JavaScript (ideally, NOT A MUST) with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code.
Backend: Python, FastAPI (MUST
Frontend: JavaScript, Next.js (React) (ideally, NOT A MUST)
Hands-on experience with GCP (priority) AWS or Azure, Docker, Cloud Run, and PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (no model training, but ability to evaluate AI models and understand LLM providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral).

Strong communication skills in English.
Interest in business and product strategy, with the ability to align technical decisions with broader company goals.
