About The Position
Management Trainee (Full Time) position, is a two-year Management Trainee program. You will be involved in the whole process of the game and digital art production. You will have the opportunity to rotate among different Divisions and Studios/countries and collaborate with different teams such as art, programming, design, finance, and HR. People management, project management, crossdisciplinary collaboration, international communication, and digital transformation will be some of the key disciplines where your skills will be put to use and reinforced.
Responsibilities
Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. project and team management)
Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
Participate in company’s strategic planning
Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Keep track of business revenue
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Create and give presentations
Handle the internal and external communication
Manage Client Relationships
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management or engineering from a leading international University
Ability to learn new skills quickly and possess high levels of self-motivation
Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciates multicultural working environments
International mindset
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to solve complex issues within tight deadlines
Great written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on ability to synthesize
Passionate about games and digital culture
Excellent math and computational ability
Effective communication skills

About Our Team
Founded in 2010 and later acquired by Virtuos in 2017, our Paris studio is located within the lush confines of Parc Saint-Christophe in Cergy – close to the city center of Paris and easily reachable by public transport.
Our studio has a full suite of capabilities to undertake projects of varying scopes, including co-developments, adaptations, and remasters of AAA games. A great example of this is our recently launched homemade game, Mahokenshi, which was released in January 2023.
Virtuos Paris houses a team of experts from technical artists and game designers to engineers. Our Paris studio takes pride in its engineering team’s depth of experience, which has been providing its rich expertise in re-engineering and adaptation, as well as in gameplay mandates to our global partners to bring some of the world’s top AAA games to life.
