Job Description
**Job Title** Internship – Business Law / Contract Law / Commercial Litigation / Competition **Role Summary** Intern will support the legal team in reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and updating international contractual documents, and assist in managing commercial litigation matters within a global veterinary pharmaceutical context. **Expectations** - Duration: 5 January 2026 – 26 June 2026 - Full‑time participation in contract lifecycle activities and dispute monitoring - Deliver precise legal analyses, drafting drafts, and recommendations in a fast‑paced, multilingual environment **Key Responsibilities** - Review and negotiate diverse international contracts (entry‑into‑negotiation letters, confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts, service agreements, purchase agreements, licensing agreements, M&A agreements, construction contracts, distribution agreements, etc.) - Draft and amend contracts in accordance with best‑practice and jurisdictional requirements - Update and maintain the company’s international contract repository - Monitor ongoing litigation cases, track developments, and compile status reports - Conduct focused legal research to assess risk, support decision‑making, and propose strategy recommendations - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (procurement, compliance, R&D) to align contractual terms with business objectives **Required Skills** - Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation principles - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities - Rigorous, autonomous, and teamwork‑oriented mindset - Excellent business‑level proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Basic understanding of international commercial law and regulatory frameworks **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master 2 (M2) student in International Business Law, Contract Law, or a related legal field - No specific certifications required; completion of advanced legal coursework in international contracts and commercial litigation preferred.
