What You’ll Be Doing:
Hands-on coding, while leading and mentoring a growing engineering team.
Driving architecture decisions for high-volume, high-transaction websites.
Deploying at speed and scale, ensuring systems are robust, maintainable, and high-performing.
Building a modern front-end with Next.js & React, integrating with a flexible headless CMS.
Developing cloud functions (JavaScript/TypeScript, potentially Python) on GCP (AWS/Azure experience is fine!).
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise in JavaScript & TypeScript – strong experience in React/Next.js.
Cloud experience – ideally GCP, but AWS or Azure is fine too.
B2C, eCommerce, or Marketing background – used to fast-paced, iterative development.
Deep understanding of CI/CD, automation testing, and microservices.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats – adapting to business needs, working collaboratively, and making data-driven decisions.
In-office 3 days a week – be part of a close-knit, high-energy team driving real impact.
