Job Description

My client are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Manager to join their team and lead the improvement of service delivery within the data warehousing team and establish Agile continual service improvement practices.

The successful Data Warehouse Manager will work with technical and non-technical Business Intelligence teams and wider stakeholders to review current data warehousing team practices and implement a new product focussed, continual improvement model of Agile service delivery within data warehousing.

Previous experience of leading initiatives to move to Agile ways of working is essential, with strong knowledge of product life cycle management and the ability to establish delivery teams that are self-organising, well equipped with supporting tools, data sources and documentation and working with an agile ethos. The role will also involve identifying and resolving issues that would hinder service delivery within the data warehousing team.

Strong experience of working in a number of large, complex data warehouse environments is essential, including on-premise and cloud based data warehouse platforms. The role demands demonstrable previous experience of managing effective, product delivery focussed BI and Data Warehousing teams, allied with the ability to champion continual service improvement.

This OUTSIDE IR35 contract requires a weekly presence onsite.

Technical Business Analyst - CMS Platform

Job Description

My client are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience of working with development teams to deliver large content management system platform builds to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

Demonstrable previous experience of detailing the features and components for content management system platforms, allied with a very strong understanding of CMS functionality at a platform level. Experience of working with Drupal based content management systems is also required, ideally Drupal 9 or 10.

Previous experience of converting requirements into epics, user stories and backlogs to be delivered by development teams is essential, including functional and technical stories. Strong previous experience working with Development teams to define acceptance criteria is also required, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle.

This is not a stakeholder facing BA role, a clear track record of capturing functional, non-functional and data requirements for Back End CMS components and Front End functionalities is essential to be considered for this contract. The successful contractor will be well versed at identifying MVP versions of components for development and working in fast paced environments.

This contract demands good understanding of website frameworks, website structure, website management, domain and sub-domain. Strong working knowledge of managed mid or large digital estates is also essential. Previous experience of working in an Agile environment and with Agile delivery teams is also required.

This role allows for hybrid working, with a weekly presence onsite essential.
