We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional POD delivering a global template for a new retail system implementation, with LS Retail on Dynamics 365 at the core. While direct LS Retail experience is not required, a strong background in ERP and retail systems is essential.
This is a high-impact role within a complex, fast-paced programme, where you’ll play a key part in shaping and driving hybrid delivery methodologies. The focus is not on digital transformations of websites or front-end experiences, but rather on deep systems change across ERP and retail landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary POD to successfully deliver the global retail system template.
Drive agile principles while recognising the need for a hybrid delivery model, blending traditional project delivery where appropriate.
Set up and embed working methodologies within the team, balancing Agile best practices with the enterprise delivery model.
Facilitate all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and promote continuous improvement.
Provide thought leadership on delivery practices and coach team members and stakeholders on agile ways of working.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Support the transition from Jira to Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery tracking.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success in delivering ERP and retail system implementations – ideally within a global or multi-market context.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, and experience in tailoring approaches to fit organisational needs.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity and momentum in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira, and preferably some exposure to or understanding of Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Able to influence and challenge constructively at all levels, guiding teams through agile transformation in a pragmatic, delivery-focused manner.
