DATA ANALYTICS LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
Good data comes from good systems and processes and we’re looking for someone who loves when all those numbers add up and mean something. Maintaining and developing our data is what provides us with such a competitive edge. This comes from data visualisation but also the processes and systems behind this collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, prioritise and interpret data from multiple sources to help identify trends, patterns and insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualise data effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide reports from and for multiple stakeholders in the business.
Act as a BA/QA for the data analysts operating near-shore
Assist with and identify internal projects to improve business processes and data outputs.
Support company data integrity and governance.
Support internal software development projects.
Be seen as the go-to person for data.
DATA ANALYTICS LEAD REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence, Business Operations Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
Contract management experience – understanding the order to cash process
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Experience in finance is a plus
Experience of CRM and ERP tools is a plus
Experience developing bespoke software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
You will complement the clients’ internal product management capability acting as a vital link between the business, users and technical delivery team.
You will coach client personnel and product owners on product best practice, promoting a user-centric, data driven, and Agile approach.

PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Experience in digital product management
Strong understanding of the software development process
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience working with a cross functional development team
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

Stage 3: Interview with Head of Product and Business Consultancy and a Senior Product Manager
During this interview, the candidate will come to our Bristol Office to meet with the Head of Product and Business Consultancy and a Senior Product Manager. They would like you to present, given what you know about Amdaris, how you would approach your first 30 days on a client engagement.
