Under the IT Operations department and Head of SHIPS IT, the IT Technical Lead is responsible for IT on Vessels.
YOUR ROLE
• Accountable of Vessel IT Infrastructure Solutions : Ensure the coherence, structure and architecture of the infrastructure solution.
• Accountable of integration of vessel applications.
• Technical Leader
• Support SDM on day-to-day production activities & shipboard IT projects.
• Lead the good IT systems implementation and maintenance as per Vessel IT Security policies and Cyber Security guidelines onboard vessels.
• Manage priorities, alerts, escalation and change request.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
• In relation with technical team / service line, participate, build and validate the technical environment and infrastructure.
• Provide L3 support to technical and functional teams.
• Business needs and request qualifications (Project or Change Request), then deploy and implement IT systems and applications to CMA CGM vessels.
• Ensure the quality of the infrastructure deployed, consistency and the operability.
• Participate to architecture committees to ensure the compliance with the norms and standards in place, and support the technical teams.
• Ensure the process for industrialization, monitoring, backup / recovery and security
• Manage priorities in backlog activities (build, support, incident/problems…)
• Obsolescence, capacity planning and vulnerabilities management.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring systems performance on board.
• Interface between vendors, ship crews, customers and cybersecurity teams.
• Liaise with different IT teams.
• Participate to the road map build and define the group target
• Ensure that documentation & procedure (Shipboard solftware, systems maintenance, indus…) are maintained.
• Configuration Audit and Continuous Improvement Plan management
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
• Operation Systems Administration (Windows, VM, Linux, macOS)
• Connectivity : oneweb, starlink, VSAT…
• Help Desk ticketing Systems: ServiceNow…
• Network Troubleshooting and Configuration (Switch, FW, wifi/LAN…)
• Cybersecurity Best Practices and Protocols.
• Scripting and Automation.
• Hardware Diagnostics and Repair.
• Monitoring, Alerting and Log Management.
• This position also requires great availability and can be need some 24/7 actions


Profile description:

• BAC +5, Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, you have more than 8 years of experience in IT Production and Operations
• Strong IT knowledge (Backup, AntiVirus, Anti-malware, PCs), strong knowledge Workplace, Network and Infrastructure.
• Experience with IT Project Management
• Good understanding of information systems
• Knowledge on Maritime IT and Cyber risk would be appreciated
• Fluent in English
• Already similar position into an international company

VOS MISSIONS :

En rejoignant le département My Learning, vous intégrez une équipe de collaborateurs passionnés qui se réinventent autour d’un objectif ambitieux pour le groupe.
En tant que Learning Data Expert, vous faites partie de l’équipe Learning Deployment.
Vous êtes le point central pour toutes les données d'apprentissage, garant du suivi budgétaire, responsable de la validation des commandes sur le logiciel d’achat, en charge de la préparation des KPIs mensuels ainsi que des demandes ad hoc faites par les autres départements.


QU’ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE ?

Vous serez en charge de réaliser et de communiquer des KPIs : Vous élaborez les KPIs mensuels et assurez leur communication à la communauté internationale via Qlik Sense.
Vous gérez des Outils de Reporting : Vous supervisez le déploiement et l’amélioration continue des outils de reporting pour la division Learning.
Vous préparez des Rapports et Audits : Vous servez de point focal pour la préparation des rapports et la coordination des audits annuels.
Vous serez en charge du Suivi Financier et Administratif : Vous assurez le suivi financier et administratif de la Business Unit Formation, en tant que contact privilégié avec les équipes financières du groupe.
Vous préparez des Présentations : Vous préparez les présentations de formation destinées aux Commissions Formation et l’équipe management.
Vous validez les Achats : Vous validez les achats du point de vue financier, en veillant à la conformité avec les budgets alloués.
Vous gérez des Conflits de Paiement : Vous agissez en tant que contact privilégié entre l’équipe Learning et les équipes comptables pour résoudre les conflits de paiement.
