Job Description

Your responsibility is to lead the transformation and upgrades to TOMRA Foods core business systems. You will navigate a complex global organisation to deliver improvements and transformations across the digital enterprise system landscape.

This is a critical role in the Digital Business Processes (DBP) team. The DBP team is made up of digital professionals that support the business to create, maintain, and continuously improve their business processes, especially when these processes are digital and impact the main enterprise business systems platforms used within TOMRA Food.

Qualifications

At least 12 years of experience in similar position in various industries, ideally in start-ups or public companies.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Technology is a plus
Thrives in an ambiguous and a fast-paced, international, highly matrixed environment
Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Any other language is an advantage.
The ideal candidate is highly flexible, self-driven and accountable, a strong team player with business acumen and humour.
