Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and field based role for a First Line Support Engineer. Daily tasks include providing excellent technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues, assisting customers with operating system and software-related problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The First Line Support Engineer will work closely with the IT team to ensure timely and effective resolution of support requests.

Qualifications
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Proficiency with Operating Systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in an IT support role is a plus
Relevant certifications or a degree in IT or a related field
