Our team

Our Front Office division manages multiple fully web-based applications, with Amadeus Selling Platform Connect as the flagship product. This next-generation Front Office solution is designed for both novice and expert travel agents, helping them sell, advise, and support leisure and business travelers efficiently.

Each Application Consists Of Multiple Modules, Shared Across Several Products. The Introduction Of a Micro-frontend Architecture Brings New Possibilities But Also Introduces Challenges, Such As

Managing interactions between modules built with different technologies while maintaining their independence
Deploying each module independently
Handling non-backward compatible changes effectively

As part of the architecture team in the Front Office division, you will contribute to enhancing our micro-frontend approach, gaining valuable experience in frontend software development while actively supporting the team's initiatives.

Role Overview

You will be part of a team responsible for defining the architecture of all products within the division. Your role will involve:

Analyzing the needs of teams managing micro-frontends
Designing a framework-agnostic communication solution between modules
Exploring the application of design-by-contract principles to micro-frontends
Defining a modular deployment approach in a cloud environment, leveraging CI/CD principles
Enhancing the module release strategy

Throughout this experience, you will strengthen your technical expertise while contributing to the development of a comprehensive architectural framework in alignment with Amadeus standards. This opportunity will also provide insight into the role of a Software Architect.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with a strong proficiency in English.

Ideally, you have initial knowledge or experience in frontend development using one or more of the following technologies:

Angular, React, or Vue.js
TypeScript
Micro-frontend architectures

Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, or OpenShift would be a plus.

Our team

The Application Security Office is responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of all software developed at Amadeus, including applications, platforms, and internal tools. Working alongside the Platform & Infrastructure Security Office, we cover the entire technical stack, ensuring resilience against cyber threats and compliance with regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC1/SOC2, ISO 27K, and NIS2.

To enhance secure software development, Amadeus established the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), providing engineering teams with methodologies, tools, and processes to identify and manage security risks effectively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Science Engineer to join our Shopping Data & Models team. You will be tasked with developing and implementing machine learning models, AI tools, analytics applications. Your Main Responsibilities

Develop applications or pipelines for data projects, maintain the platforms with DevOps best practices

About The Ideal Candidate

Master's or Engineering School Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Functional/Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Data Engineering or Data Science: Python, R, or Scala, Kafka, SQL, Hadoop/Spark.

DevOps skills

Operational excellence is important, as well as good knowledge of state-of-art SDLC, git, packaging, deployment.
