Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead multiple end-to-end SAP implementations, with a particular focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, experience in high-pressure international environments, and expertise in S/4HANA implementations and the SAP Activate methodology.
This role requires at least 7 to 9 years of project management experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive SAP projects from inception to completion. Travel to Finland will be required as needed, with expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
Utilize Agile methodologies for project execution while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless SAP system integration and deployment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful implementation.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams.
Communicate effectively at all levels, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution strategies.
Manage international projects across different geographies, adapting to cultural nuances and diverse working practices.
Technical & Strategic Leadership
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless SAP solution integration.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
Support presales activities, including proposal development, solution demonstrations, and client interactions.
Develop and deliver presentations and offer strategic consulting advice tailored to business needs.
People & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical staff.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience:
Minimum 7-9 years of SAP project management experience.
Strong expertise in S/4HANA implementation and SAP Activate methodology.
Proven track record managing SAP Finance, Supply Chain, and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience leading international SAP projects in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities
