The project:
Our client in the energy sector is looking for a SAP IS-U B&I (Billing & Invoicing) - Expert to join their team.

Tasks:
ANALYSIS:
Prototypes in collaboration with the functional expert and the data administrator
Justifies the differences between the expressed need and the standard of the software
Performs functional needs analysis and determines interfaces with surrounding products in the company's information system.

DEVELOPMENT:
Adapts and sets the elements of the software
Models the processes according to the methodology specific to the software package chosen
Participates in the creation of interfaces
Writes documentation
Participates in the creation of user training materials

QUALIFICATION AND TESTS:
Develops test sets for unit and integration tests
Tests internal developments and solutions provided by publishers
Identifies and treats the dysfunctions identified

MAINTENANCE :
Performs corrective and upgradeable maintenance using the publisher's tools and resources
Traces product and intervention evolutions in a knowledge base
At the request of the business, he analyzes and gives tips to the latter on the best possible use of the software package(s). He assists and brings his mastery on the software module of which he has the expertise and the associated modeling processes. Our client in the utilities sector is looking for a SAP Technical Data Consultant to join their team.
Tasks:
Analysis and validation of allocation structures (WBS structure) in Infrastructure projects related to CAPEX investments that are created in SAP, via SAP Budget Builder (Customized tool in SAP upstream preparation of the imputation schedule) of the project structure then taken over in SAP PS and in SAP FI-AA.
Daily management of assets in the tool and simultaneously in SAP (FI/AA) by registering the events such as commissioning, decommissioning, sale, etc. This task is similar to data management of the financial inventory of assets mapped with technical data register
Other tasks supporting the team, updating of documentation, ...

Is this you?
You have relevant experience in fixed assets management and/or data management (master data) in SAP.
You can demonstrate a technical affinity (electricity sector, project management...)
You have knowledge of and/or an affinity with the client's technical installations (substations, lines and high-voltage cables) or you are willing to take a short, accelerated training course for this purpose
You have a good knowledge of SAP Module PS and/or FI-AA and MS Office

Le projet:
Notre client dans le secteur des assurances cherche un(e) Enterprise Architect pour renforcer son équipe.

Tâches:
Stratégie Change & Run:
Se familiarise avec les objectifs stratégiques du business
Participe à des cérémonies budgétaires transversales (PBO+ et QBR+) et au Change & Run Board de son domaine
Tient à jour ses connaissances du marché et de la concurrence dans le domaine qui lui est attribué.
Prend la direction des choix technologiques en fonction de la stratégie d’architecture/de la feuille de route (roadmap) et conformément aux normes (sécurité, etc.)
Target Architecture & Roadmap:
Développement et actualisation permanentes de l’architecture cible et de la feuille de route
Concertation avec les principales parties prenantes du business afin que l’architecture/la feuille de route corresponde aux principaux besoins et défis du business
Contribue au développement d’une stratégie d’architecture globale
En collaboration avec les autres EA, assure une cohérence maximale au sein du domaine et une réutilisation maximale des actifs (assets)
Contribue à définir l’ordre du jour et participe à l’Architecture Board
Tient à jour ses connaissances au sujet des évolutions/innovations techniques et de leurs possibilités d’application dans le domaine ; se concerte avec ses collègues Enterprise Architects afin de veiller à ce que les nouvelles technologies puissent être exploitées au maximum de manière à atteindre les objectifs stratégiques

Fait remonter les problèmes qui se situent au niveau de l’architecture.
Gestion des parties prenantes:
Alignement régulier et obtention du buy-in des parties prenantes clés du business et IT
Communication de la vue d’ensemble (big picture) aux parties prenantes business et IT, à tous les niveaux de l’organisation
Assurance Qualité:
Veille à l’exécution des contrôles de qualité
Transmet et fait appliquer les normes de l’architecture
Fait respecter les normes et les protocoles
Service Management Support:
Conseille/entreprend des actions dans le cadre d’un MI (Major Incident)

Est-ce vous?
Niveau master ou expérience équivalente

The project:
Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Support to the compliance plan (CAP) and its preparation, including stakeholder management and capturing internal business needs to properly assess annual needs and resources, including the mandatory regulatory buffer specific to AB.
Monitoring of regulatory watch and organizing structured communications and internal follow-up when compliance impacts are announced (regulatory watch – LR).
Managing the mailbox and preparing responses to requests/projects (Reviews, Opinions, and Validations).
Updating internal standards based on local and Group needs (Policies & Procedures).
Support and preparation of structured monitoring (MON) for Level 1 (corrective actions) and compliance based on the plan and the quarterly risk update.
Preparation of training or awareness sessions (TA) / quizzes / case studies to make training engaging and attractive in compliance areas, using the Group’s Easygenerator tool when necessary.
Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting (RR).

Is this you?
The consultant will not hold the responsibility of the compliance function but must be senior and Certified in Insurance Compliance, to support coaching and technical guidance for the team (especially in Governance, IDD, Taxation, and ESG).
The consultant must be senior enough to take part in administrative and management tasks of the department, acting as backup or deputy.
The consultant must have strong communication skills to convey the compliance culture and manage internal stakeholders through the plan.
The consultant must have project management skills to support transformations and optimizations within the functioning of the compliance role.

Experience in IDD or ESG policy
Experience in mentoring junior compliance officers.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple compliance streams like regulatory watch, CAP planning, and stakeholder queries …
