Project Manager - 6 month contract - Inside IR35 - £500 per day (to umbrella company) - Hybrid - London
Project Manager/PM/SAP ECC/S/4 Hana FICO/Procure 2 Pay/Finance
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Global client on a 6 month initial contract.
As the Project Manager, you will support several projects for our client across financial applications, with a focus on Procure to Pay, Supplier Screening and Audit Control.
Experience Required:
Project management experience, must hold a PM Certification (Prince, PMP or similar)
Experience managing RAID logs and Risk Registers
Worked with SAP ECC or S/4 Hana FICO
Have previously managed remote projects
Experience implementing financial applications software connection to ECC (would be ideal bud not essential)
Experience with Supplier Management/Screening Software (would be ideal but not essential)

Job Description
Position: Data Solution Architect
Department: Data and Analytics (DNA)

Overview:
As a Data Solution Architect in the DNA team, you'll design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet the organization’s AI, BI, data integration, and management needs. You’ll contribute to developing a modern, cloud-based data platform, automate data management processes, and enhance computational data governance.
In this role, you’ll bridge business objectives with technical execution, ensuring pragmatic delivery of business value while aligning with the architectural vision for data and analytics. Starting with high-level business requirements, you'll iteratively design solutions, apply architectural blueprints, and guide engineering teams throughout implementation.
A strong understanding of modern data architecture principles, cloud-based solutions, and integration patterns is critical. Experience in software or data engineering, along with data modeling expertise, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, resilient data solutions incorporating AI/ML, BI, and integration components.
Develop detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.
Recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.
Establish standards for data quality, security, and compliance.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies and approaches.
Optimize data architectures for performance, cost, and maintainability.
Create reference architectures and reusable design patterns.
Provide technical guidance and support for architectural decisions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years in data architecture or related technical roles.
5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and architectures.
Experience with modern BI tools and visualization platforms.
Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data integration patterns (ETL/ELT).
Familiarity with data governance, management processes, and security frameworks.
Experience with real-time and batch processing systems.

Methodologies:
Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Clean code principles, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in documentation and technical writing.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).

Preferred Experience:
Data Warehousing and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Apache Iceberg).
BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
