We’re searching for a Presales Enterprise Architect to join our team!
The Solutions Consulting and Enterprise Architecture organisation works with Adobe customers at all levels, from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams, to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. It dives into architecture and identifies a prioritised path forward for customers.
Our engagements employ high level architecture assessments, thought leadership around reference architecture, creation of solution vision and solution design, success roadmap crafting, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. In addition, identifying where these can be executed through Adobe's solutions and services.
Presales Enterprise Architect
For our UK&I region, based in London, we are looking for a Presales Enterprise Architect to join the team and report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture UK&I, Middle East, and South Africa. The Enterprise Architect is a senior presales position that provides direct support to regional sales and partner organisations in developing opportunity pipelines and executing deal cycle strategy within complex and strategic sales opportunities.
The Presales Enterprise Architect is instrumental in the sales process. With your knowledge of Adobe Digital Experience (DX) solutions, you are regarded as a trusted advisor by your customers, colleagues, and the full ecosystem. The Opportunity:
We are searching for a Senior Content Supply Chain Solution Consultant as part of the UK & Ireland pre-sales team!
As a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers. Understanding their business landscape and objectives and demonstrating and articulating the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and how they optimise and support their digital strategies and tackle their most important business challenges. You'll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping them to utilise Adobe’s content supply chain solutions and grow their business.
The Solution Consultant will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-prop selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
Our most successful Solution Consultants take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors. What we would like to see from you:
Inspire customers to favour Adobe’s Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront and Adobe’s digital Media technology) solutions by developing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and work with Adobe sales to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Support sales channels by answering solution-related questions through email and phone

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, content management and Omni-channel content delivery.
Subject matter expertise along with validated track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions.
Experience with selling or implementing an enterprise-class Web content management solution or Workflow management is required ; a big plus if that solution is AEM or Workfront.
Knowledge of latest trends in digital experience, Web analytics and personalisation technology is a plus.
Great communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences as well as senior customer executives.
Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and solutions such as SiteCore , Ampliance , Contentful .
Strong knowledge of key Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript is required . You should also be familiar with Web infrastructure technologies such as Web servers, application servers, DNS, CDNs.
Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

An Adobe Engagement Manager is responsible for customer strategy engagements across multiple industries. During engagements, you will direct a team to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that inspire and delight customers. Customer engagements employ Adobe’s value frameworks, digital benchmarking resources, customer-journey mapping capabilities, organisational assessments, architecture audits and other techniques. You will advise senior executives and use your experience to become a trusted advisor. In addition to managing engagements, you will also create compelling industry visions with a distinct point of view based on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, value justification, and relevant research.

What you’ll do:
Provide strategic and value points of view for Adobe’s DX enterprise customers

The role of the Solution Consultant is to provide pre-sales support to the Enterprise sales teams helping to close large Creative Cloud opportunities. You will also support Marketing teams, customer success and Product management teams. Responsibilities include pre-sales analysis, RFP management, competitor analysis, public speaking engagements, customer workshops and the effective demonstrations of the Adobe’s Creative Cloud solutions.
You need to be a good communicator and speaker as this role involves speaking convincingly on new solutions and Industry trends, what’s new in our technologies and how these impact the creative workflow within different industry verticals. You will also work with Adobe’s product marketing teams to provide industry and market feedback to help to shape our solution’s directions.
The role is responsible for providing thought leadership, handling customer expectations and driving large customer opportunities. To be successful you need to possess a high-level of integrity, enthusiasm and drive. This includes supporting account executives through the sales process, and demonstrating the extended internal teams to support our customers through the sales lifecycle and transition to the account support team.
We are looking for someone that has previous customer facing sales support experience, ideally with a knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Cloud solutions. A good technical background of SAS and cloud solutions.
What You’ll Do
The main emphasis of this role is to provide the sales teams with technical pre-sales assistance during a sales cycle with a new or existing prospect, build a strong long-term business relationship with existing named accounts, maintaining visibility of the overall sales objectives and product strategy. This involves offering sales person(s) direction on business and technical requirements and helping support qualification where Adobe’s Creative Cloud solutions can bring significant business benefit to a customer.
This person needs to be self-motivated, able work independently against set goal and must have excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate convincingly at “C” level meetings.
