The Data Management Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all qualification documents within the PBPK R&D team. This role involves reviewing, verifying, and validating various types of documents and data to ensure they meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
Review and verify the accuracy of documents and data.
Ensure consistency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in documents and data.
Collaborate with various groups to ensure document and data integrity.
Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., science).
Proven experience in document and data quality assurance or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Assurance or related field.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
