IT Project Manager
Job Description
RVT Group is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team on site (Mon-Fri).
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RVT's long-term digitalisation strategy that supports our operational and strategic objectives. This is a full-time, office based position out of our Dartford Head Office.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and results-driven, taking ownership of key projects and lead a small team. You'll drive our CRM and ERP systems. Co-ordinating multiple projects within a dynamic matrix environment, mitigating risk and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our approach.
Responsibilities

Maintain RVTs IT/digital effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting the strategic plans of the business, overseeing and coordinating a range of projects from inception to completion.
Streamline our ERP system, ensuring it is fit for purpose (with permission set-ups, etc), enhancing operation processes, including barcoding for picking & packing, stock management processes and researching new platforms to manage fleet and delivery.
Implement a new sales quoting package and improving efficiencies in our operations processes are just a few of the projects this role will assume.
Coordinate resources and timetables with users, departments and key stakeholders to support the success of projects.
Work closely with R&D, marketing, and technical teams, ensuring project requirements are met within scope, budget, and timeframe.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
Oversee and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and proactively address potential risks.
Prepare and present clear, data-driven status reports for senior management and clients, providing insights on key deliverables, timelines, and challenges.


Requirements

5+ years IT Project Manager experience at a large or complex organisation. E)
BA degree in a computer science related field, Technology, Cybersecurity, or similar. (E)
Proficiency in project management (PRINCE 2 certification or equivalent). (E)
Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana or equivalent). (E)
Enterprise architect certification. (D)
HubSpot CRM and Syrinx ERP. (D)
System integration (e.g. through API, cloud adoption, automation etc). (E)
Leadership skills (experience leading a small team)
Experience of developing and maintaining project plans, working to budgets and timelines. (E)

LEV Engineer
Job Description
RVT Group is looking for a skilled LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will carry out the technical engineering installations (including but not limited to temporary heating, environmental monitoring, temporary fume and ventilation LEV installations, Envirohub water treatment) around the UK from a base in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

Carry out on-site technical engineering installations on all RVT equipment types, install, commission, and validate LEV systems according to regulatory standards
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of LEV systems to ensure optimal performance, assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment in the ‘ready for hire' process
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional customer service
Complete thorough documentation for installations and maintenance records
Maintain a high level of site health and safety awareness
Liaise with and instruct site agents on the use of equipment and assist in the writing of LEV reports for clients' sites
Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and technical advancements in LEV systems

LEV Qualified to BOHS P600/P601 Standard. (E)
Electrical or Mechanical qualification. (E)
