Description Du Poste

We are seeking a highly experienced (minimum 5 years of experience) and self-driven Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, Kubernetes (OpenShift), Data Analytics, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, take ownership of complex projects, and drive end-to-end solutions for secure, scalable, and optimizing analytics platforms, and integrating AI-powered insights into DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

DevSecOps & Cloud Security
Design, deploy, and secure OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Independently set up CI/CD pipelines with security-first principles using GitLab CI/CD.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
Lead security compliance efforts, including IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust, and container security.
Automate security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security issues with minimal supervision.
Analytics & Data Engineering
Deploy, configure, and optimize Metabase for advanced data visualization and reporting. Previous experience with Metabase is a bonus, but any other similar solution is acceptable.
Work with BigQuery, SQL, and cross-database joins to ensure seamless data access.
Enhance database performance through query optimization, indexing, and caching strategies.
Build secure and scalable data pipelines for analytics and real-time monitoring.
Work independently to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in Metabase and cloud databases.
Automation & AI-driven DevOps
Develop robust automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline DevOps workflows.
Design and deploy event-driven architectures.
Integrate AI-driven alerting systems for proactive security monitoring and anomaly detection.
Apply LLMs & vectorized data for security analytics, auto-scaling, and predictive maintenance.

En tant que Tech Lead, vous contribuez aux features du produit dans un écosystème Cloud, vous encadrez techniquement l’équipe en place et assurez la coordination avec d’autres équipes techniques.

Taches qui vous seront confiées :

Prises en charge de features techniques
Encadrer l’équipe de développeurs et insuffler de bonnes pratiques de qualité de code, contribuer à la documentation du produit,
Tenir un rôle de référent technique au sein d’un projet (encadrement des collaborateurs juniors, chiffrage pour des appels d’offre, force de proposition pour des démonstrations),
Coordonner les actions avec les autres équipes techniques projets
Contribuer au support technique et à la haute disponibilité du projet (maintenance et investigation de code),
Former son équipe, prendre un rôle de facilitateur,
Interagir en binôme avec le PO (product owner)/PM (product manager) coté business et Architecte,Devops sur pan technique

Le projet sera déployé dans un contexte Hybride (OnPremise et Cloud). L’environnement technique sera le suivant :

Développement : maitrise de
Java (reactor serait un plus),
Angular,
Docker, Kubernetes. Kafka, Helm
Stockage : maitrise de PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Déploiement : utiliser la CICD en place, contribuer à maintenir les environnements de configuration à jour (dépôt Git).
CI/ CD : maitrise de GitlabCi
Gestion de projet: être à l’aise avec les outils JIRA, Confluence (ou équivalent).

Qualifications

De formation informatique, vous justifiez d’une ou plusieurs expériences dans l’environnement technique du projet :

Vous avez travaillé sur des logiciels complexes avec un historique de code dans un écosystème Java. Vous avez déjà participé à des migrations techniques.
Vous êtes soucieux de la performance et de la robustesse des services. C’est un plus d’avoir travaillé sur des chaines de traitement H24 7/7.
Vous disposez d’une expérience en développement fullstack avec la méthode agile.
Vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler dans un contexte Hybride (OnPremise et Cloud).
Vous avez déjà encadré une équipe technique et vous êtes à l’aise sur la communication.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Experience securing cloud environments (AWS preferred).
A background as a Cyber Security Officer or similar role within a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools & techniques.
A solid understanding of networking technologies, security best practices, and OS hardening.
Awareness of cyber threats and adversarial techniques used to compromise systems.

It would be a bonus if you also had:

Security certifications – CompTIA Security+, CISSP, AWS/Cloud certifications are a plus!
