Surrey – Senior Electronics Engineer – Contract – inside IR35
This is a great opportunity to join one of our good clients working within the defence sector. They are looking for an Electronics Engineer who has experience within the product life cycle and is a great opportunity for a senior engineer experienced in all aspects of electronics design including safety and compliance. More details below.
Main Duties:
+ Design and review digital and analogue circuity as well as firmware sub systems
+ Work to update a legacy hydrophone system involving integration and design proving at board and system level
+ Analogue design for low noise, extended audio bandwidth and 24-bit ADCs (Analogue to Digital converters)
+ Use OrCAD for schematic design
+ Work on the design of circuits, including mixed-signal extended audio bandwidth circuits, high-speed backplanes, and medium-speed digital circuits.
Skills Needed:
+ You need to already hold security clearance for this position.
+ Be willing to work in the office 5 days a week
+ Experienced within digital and analogue electronics design as well as legislative compliance
+ Experience with OrCAD for PCB design
Further Information:
This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week and the contract length is expected to be 6 months. You will need to already have SC clearance and be a UK national.
