What do we expect from you?

As a Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system and for developing impactful CRM, marketing automation, and data quality strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments and external partners to ensure our systems remain state-of-the-art and optimally support our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

Manage and develop our Salesforce CRM system from a commercial perspective, ensuring it evolves into a leading CRM and data system.
Validate the CRM roadmap with relevant stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, marketing, IT, external agencies).
Integrate multiple data points (website, campaigns, digital events, webinars, appointment tools, Partena systems, external data sources, offline touchpoints) and develop a strategic vision to leverage this data.
Design and implement marketing automation (Account Engagement) and data quality strategies, including email campaigns, personalized content, automated workflows, lead nurturing and scoring, data enrichment, reporting, and profiling.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify segments and develop targeted CRM strategies aligned with the needs and preferences of different customer groups.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize workflows and automations to enhance customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and increase retention.
Collaborate closely with other teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and customer service, and train and inspire them on best practices and process improvements.
Stay up to date with trends in CRM and marketing automation to continuously improve our systems and strategies.

Who are you?

Must-haves:
At least 7 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation within a B2B environment.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.), with proven results and references.
Experience in creating and executing automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals and customer data into personalized communication and effective marketing strategies.
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Proven ability to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, IT, and other stakeholders.
Fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, and English.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
