As a key player in our AI team, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models that enhance our platform's intelligence. You will work on a mix of classical ML models and cutting-edge large language model (LLM) integrations, ensuring our AI-driven solutions are scalable and reliable.
More Specifically, Your Mission Will Involve
ML Model Development: Design and train machine learning models to improve our carbon management tools, leveraging structured and unstructured data.
Model Deployment & Optimization: Implement pipelines to deploy models into production, ensuring they run efficiently and scale effectively.
MLOps & Infrastructure: Help establish the infrastructure required for ML workflows, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
LLM & AI Integration: Contribute to the deployment of LLM-based solutions, such as an internal chatbot, optimizing their performance and relevance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and automated retraining.
Experience with API development and integrating ML models into applications.

Evolve the Core Product You will participate in every stage of the development life-cycle, from design to production. You will implement end-to-end features from data models to back-end and UI development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Be a Team Player You will actively participate in team meetings, review and provide feedback on pull requests and code changes, and collaborate on the technical design of significant features.

Sweep is hiring an experienced, strategic and hands-on VP to lead our Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations teams in Paris. As a key member of the executive team, directly reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the structuration – organisation – financial health and operational efficiency of our company.
You will define, develop and manage financial plans to support our growth plan, to cover and monitor risks, to ensure compliance, oversee financial analytics, legal options, sales operations and provide strategic advice to the C-staff and leadership team throughout the company.

Your role will be to ensure we have the financial discipline, operational rigor, and risk management needed to scale. This is not a back-office role – we need an operational VP who can partner with GTM (Go-to-Market) teams, support enterprise sales, engage with investors, organize and optimize our financial strategy for hypergrowth. Financial Planning & Management
Develop and lead financial plans/forecasting to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
Determine investment strategies by assessing cash and liquidity risks.
Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
Supervise all financial tasks to ensure optimal utilization of capital and resources.

Ensure cash flow is optimized for smooth operational functioning.

Implement scalable billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes aligned with GAAP/IFRS.
