ML Model Development: Design and train machine learning models to improve our carbon management tools, leveraging structured and unstructured data.

3+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and automated retraining.

As a key member of the executive team, directly reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the structuration – organisation – financial health and operational efficiency of our company.

Financial Planning & Management
Develop and lead financial plans/forecasting to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.

Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
Supervise all financial tasks to ensure optimal utilization of capital and resources.
