Job Description
Language requirement: French/ Dutch
Experience range: 15 to 20 years
Key responsibilities:
1. Business Development support – Support Sales team to generate new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and influencers across the region / Strategic Planning for client pursuits to ensure closure, negotiate contracts
2. Cloud Strategy and Roadmap development - Develop hybrid cloud roadmaps and strategies for clients, conduct comprehensive cloud assessments, distributed cloud architecture design and create implementation plan and roadmap
3. Technical Leadership - Lead full lifecycle IT strategy and cloud advisory engagements, provide
technical guidance and influence client stakeholders to ensure downstream cloud adoption engagement for TCS
4. Consulting capabilities - Cloud / Data Architecture, Industry Cloud, Mergers / Divestitures,
Optimization / Operating Model, Ecosystem Integration
5. Client Engagement - Trusted advisor to client senior-level executives, identify client business
objectives and critical success factors, address client business challenges through hybrid cloud and AI enablement in dynamic team environments
6. Participate in local hiring activities, Oversee and supervise team activities
7. Market Intelligence - Maintain expertise in cloud technologies, understand market and customer needs. develop competitive intelligence strategies, align to evolving cloud trends
8. Building Intellectual Capital - Publish whitepapers, blogs, and give conference presentations to
establish credibility in the cloud advisory space, build case study repositories, playbooks, and best
practices
9. Metrics, Risks and Compliance - KPIs and Metrics, Mitigate Risks, Ensure compliance as per local
and Industry standard regulations.

Mandatory Skill set:
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Ability to assess and evaluate new business opportunities
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Leadership and team management skills /project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Hybrid cloud architecture, Migration & Modernization strategies, DevSecOps etc.
- Technical understanding / experience in any or multiple areas like - distributed cloud / data architecture design, migration and modernization techniques, microservices and serverless architecture, API and integration techniques, DevSecOps, cloud native services, cloud resource optimization and FinOps techniques
- Skill in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Capacity to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
- Effective presentation capabilities

Desirable skill set:
- Cloud certification / advanced cloud certification
- Previous delivery engagement leadership experience
- Experience and understanding of Cloud architecture design, microservices architecture, domain driven decomposition methods etc.
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Adaptability to emerging technologies
