Requirements:
PhD in math/computational field or equivalent experience.
Background in chemistry, physics, or biology.
Familiarity with biological sequences, protein modeling, or molecular dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Develop novel AI models to address key scientific questions in immunology and human biology.
Focus on representation learning across multiple scales, from molecules to complex immune systems.

Seer are currently partnered with an ambitious Drug Discovery business based in Cambridge who are now looking for an experienced and talented Senior Machine Learning Scientist.
Experience Required:
Deep Learning experience preferably with LLMs & NLP.
Strong knowledge and experience with Python/Pytorch, Tensorflow and other data science libraries.
Existing knowledge and experience of Omics Data.
Experienced with cloud platforms, e.g AWS or GCP is considered a plus.
The role is hybrid in Cambridge, UK and offers a competitive salary package including shares!
