Job Description

As a Buyer, you are responsible for executing the product development, having a clear understanding of COS aesthetics and our customers. With a clear and efficient component and product development you contribute to meaningful growth and profitability within your department. You are responsible to plan and develop the best assortment for our target customer. You collaborate closely with the Buying, Design, Pattern, Material and Supply Chain teams.

What you will do:

Responsible for building the range plan for your department and having a balanced assortment.
Responsible to plan, analyse, and react, work closely with the product, price, and profitability strategy by the department goals.
Responsible to plan and execute the product development from start to end in close collaboration with the Buying team.
Work towards the omni-channel strategy and drive the timelines for your department.
Drive the assortment and product development strategy in line with the overall profitability goals.
Securing the best purchase, by buying at the right time, the right item based on current fashion and customer needs.
Guide, involve, inspire and develop junior members of the team.
Keep updated with the overall market conditions and share relevant customer insights with product and Buying team and take actions accordingly.
Collaborate with the department’s buying, assortment planner, design, pattern, production teams, and supply chains, working towards an efficient information and workflow process; long-term and short-term goals, securing overall timeline for the product department.
Develop strong relationships with PO teams to ensure best samples and on time delivery.
Co-work with the Buying Controllers to align targets and budgets. Proactively analyse product and assortment sales, taking timely appropriate action.
Together with the Buying team constantly follow up, react and identify new sales opportunities, based on selling, customer insight and surrounding analysis.
Responsible for developing components and colours supporting the department strategy, visual goal, and seasonal keys.
Work in close collaboration with the rest of the team ensuring to offer products for all customer segments.

What You Need To Succeed

Previous experience as a Buyer
Product development background working with in in-house design team
Up-to-date and knowledgeable in the latest trends styles, patterns silhouettes, fabrics, and colours
Excellent knowledge of the global fashion industry and awareness of future fashion and trend predictions
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, influence and present confidently
Pragmatic and outcome-oriented, leveraging data to make informed decisions
Thrives in a fast paced, agile environment with exceptional organisational skills and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
Ability to influence, consult and collaborate at all levels
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities in an ever-changing environment.

Job Description

As an Assortment Planner you are accountable to optimize the product mix, quantify the assortment and planning of number of articles for your channel in all departments to maximize meaningful growth and increasing sell through profitability. Together with the Buyer you will plan the best assortment for our target customer. You are responsible, together with the Buyer, for global and regional article ranking. You work in tight collaboration with the Buyer and the Business Controller to secure the best customer offer.

What you will do:

Together with the Buyer, set the assortment planning and identify what will drive sales in relation to product type, price and colour, reaching the needs of the global customer
Together with the Buyer you are responsible to plan, analyse and react, and to work closely with the product, price, profitability strategy in accordance with the department goals
Constantly follow-up, react and identify sales opportunities both long and short-term based on selling, customer insight and analysis
Securing the best purchase, by buying at the right time, the right item based on current fashion and customer needs
Responsible for content planning, aligning income per region and collection handover to Merchandising and Marketing team
Co-work with the Buying Controllers to align targets and budgets and collaborating with Buyers to secure the best customer offer
Guide, involve inspire and develop junior member's of the team, challenge them to act with confidence
Accountable to deliver region-selling input to the team to create meaningful growth
Drive the quarterly regional input communication ensuring all feedback is shared with relevant teams and actions are taken that will make the biggest difference
Accountable to quantify all articles and products per region with the global strategy in mind
Manage and securing order placement
Identify areas for improvement and seek out future buying trends, as well as develop/adapt new ways of working

Job Description

If you are passionate about data and eager to tackle some of the most existing analytics use cases to optimise online experience in the fashion retail industry, COS is the place for you!

We are seeking for a senior data analyst (web) to join COS web data analytics product team, within COS AI, Analytics & Data department. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making for full-funnel behavioural analysis related to website traffic, user behaviour, product performance, and sales performance across all our online/digital channels globally. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis for enhancing performance of our website, optimize our web analytics tools and platforms and collaborate with stakeholders to turn web data into actionable insights that support business objectives.

What you will do:

Proactively identify strategic challenges and opportunities where decision support anchored in data is needed with a primary focus on optimizing online experience.
Be the driver for data driven decisions making in your initiative/product team by converting data from diverse sources into insights and provide the team with a clear, comprehensive 360 view of online customer behaviour and data driven recommendations for online performance.
Apply advanced analytics methods and tools to model, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization.
Be responsible for the full analysis process from problem and scope definition to data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization, creating recommendations, and presenting results.
Turn business challenges into structured data analysis. Define and setup measurable KPIs and OKRs, own and maintain their visualization for commercial performance reporting.
Be the web data analytics expert in cross-functional teams’ setup and collaborate with business stakeholders to support and guide A/B testing initiatives with the insights (digital optimization, user journey analysis, commercial analysis etc.)
Work on a broad variety of business challenges with a wide range of business stakeholders (e-com/digital, CRO, financial controlling, customer, sales, digital marketing/SEO, merchandizing etc.).
Drive web analytics & support KPIs & goal setting across global & regional teams within COS.
Build & maintain strong relationship with wider H&M Group central teams in order to define tracking solutions for existing features & new features development.

What you need to succeed :

Extensive experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, Product/Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Academic degree in a quantitative field such as economics, business, engineering, statistics, finance, or computer science.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound interpretations of data and other information.
Excellent communication skills, adept at translating and explaining complex data analysis to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
Proficient in writing advanced SQL queries to extract, prepare, validate, and analyze large data sets.
Proven expertise in conducting advanced web analyses using tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Search Console, with a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics and user browsing behavior across multiple devices.
Experience with marketing attribution models, demonstrating how different models can impact the perceived value of marketing channels.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
Skilled in building data analytics solutions using programming languages like Python or R.
Experience with cloud platform data analytics stacks, such as Azure (Azure SQL Server) or GCP (BigQuery).
Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
Understanding of data layers and marketing pixels.
Collaborative and humble, enjoying teamwork to solve problems.
Fluent in English.
