Since we started in 2015, we have produced more than 110 exhibitions across the world and have reached more than 10 million visitors.

Nowadays, Exhibition Hub focuses more and more on immersive experiences. Digital art exhibitions are a perfect example. We animate for instance masterpieces of Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt or Claude Monet. We offer a spectacular 360° light and music show as well as a unique virtual reality experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Legal Assistant to join our legal team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the exhibition and events industry. The role involves providing administrative and legal support to ensure compliance, contract management, and efficient legal operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to exhibitions and events.
Conduct legal research on industry regulations, intellectual property, and compliance requirements.
Support the Manager Legal Affairs in handling corporate governance matters and regulatory filings.
Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, and stakeholders to ensure legal requirements are met.
Maintain an organized database of contracts, policies, and legal correspondence.
Assist in the resolution of legal queries and disputes related to event planning, vendor agreements, and sponsorships.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

Required Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Previous experience in a legal or administrative role (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
