Job Description: Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer | Join Our Growing Team!
We're Visability, a fast-growing startup transforming skills development in the hospitality industry. Backed by industry leaders and driven by a team of Imperial College Design Engineers, ex-Amazon and Goldman Sachs professionals, and RAEng Scholars, we’re now looking for two Junior Full-Stack Software Engineers to help us build and scale our platform.

What you'll do:
Develop and maintain our full-stack web application, working across frontend and backend technologies.
Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to implement user-friendly, scalable features.
Contribute to an agile development process, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Help shape our tech stack and make key architectural decisions as we scale.

What we're looking for:
Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL (or similar technologies).
A strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Passion for building intuitive and impactful user experiences.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset—excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment!
Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
