Responsibilities

Develop algorithms, design model architectures, conduct experiments, champion measurement and evaluation, innovate datasets and data pipelines

Follow a rigorous data-driven approach grounded in meticulous ablation studies and scientific analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modelling or data engineering work

As a Technology Specialist in Digital Application & Innovation, you’ll be at the forefront of cloud-native architecture and Agentic conversations. Responsibilities

Own technical discussions with customers leveraging processes and tools, demos and programs; using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise to influence customer vision; establish rules of engagement for extended teams. Support the creation of new pipelines in the account team by identifying new opportunities.
Build technology strategy by mapping the agreed customer business outcomes into an appropriate Azure technology framework, resolving concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and translating technology complexity into business impact. Work with the customer, account team, and partners to drive and support the customer’s AI transformation inclusive of AI Applications and data foundation.
Design the solution using your technical knowledge, architect skills and consulting skills to win a customer’s technical decision and meet the customer’s needs; drive Pilots/Proof of Concepts (PoC) to create momentum for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) , infusing AI technologies where appropriate and being technically proficient to do Proof of Concepts (PoC) with hands-on-skills.
Scale through partner by engaging in partner sell-with scenarios to carry out technical engagement activities, facilitating and managing partner resources and processes for Pilot/Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Be the Trusted advisor and be proactive to find and understand customers’ pain points and design and offer the technical solution that aligns with the business case.
Be a public speaker and contributor to social events and technical conferences
Contribute to build exciting IP within a talented team.
Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team and Global Black Belts to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
Maintain and grow expertise in your field of expertise keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience with presales conversations
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
2+ years of experience in implementing AI solutions (including GenAI, RAG, Agents,…)
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture)
