Senior Pricing Analyst - £40k-£50k
We are recruiting on behalf on an insurance group that specialises in general insurance including Home, Travel and Pet.
The role will operate on a remote basis and will report to the businesses Associate Director for Travel.
Your skills and experience:
You’ll have a background in actuarial or data science with experience applying your analytical and problem-solving skills in a commercial setting, preferably direct or aggregator-led personal lines insurance.
You love learning, staying current with emerging trends in the insurance / financial services sector. You may be sitting actuarial exams or pursuing other relevant qualifications.
You’ll have experience using programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and modelling. Experience with pricing software such as Earnix, Akur8, Poloris, Radar Live and similar would also be beneficial.
You can distil and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and produce suitable visualisations using tools such as Python, Power BI and Excel.
Owing to the nature of the role, we will need you to have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related degree, with a minimum of a 2:1 classification.
Ideally, you will bring an understanding of the dynamics of personal lines insurance (pet or travel insurance experience would be an advantage, but not essential).

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our client that operates in the B2B SaaS industry. Our client facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. This business is at the forefront of bringing the real estate sector into the digital age.
We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with Onboarding, Product & Sales teams to deliver tailored software solutions for customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will take over new client accounts from the sales team, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping with the configuration of customer environments, you will be able to demonstrate and articulate the features of products best suited for the customer. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in SaaS/Technology with a desire to grow in the space
Proven experience working with a high-volume portfolio of customers
High level of empathy, with the ability to build relationships quickly and understand client needs
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organised and can manage multiple projects confidently
Inquisitive and curious and enjoy looking for ways to improve processes
Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to develop yourself
Has excellent attention to detail
Experience presenting to customers
Previous experience working on customisable technology products
Previously worked in a B2B environment
Previous experience in customer facing role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our client that operates in the B2B SaaS industry. Our client facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. Requirements:
4+ years in a technical solution role or similar
Programming experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experienced in writing advanced formula/queries/code. Using any recognised technology (such as Excel VBA, MYSQL, JSON etc) which skills could be transferrable to the custom domain language.
Understanding of mathematical and financial/accounting concepts
Solid experience in SaaS technology or experience working on customisable technology products
Exposure configuring API integrations
Previous experience working in B2B environments
