Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Cybersecurity team at KLA is dedicated to safeguarding our critical assets and ensuring the security of our operations. As a member of the Digital Information Risk team, we are seeking a qualified Insider Threat Analyst – 2 to monitor for potential threats and analyse risky activity. This position will be accountable for detecting, analysing, and mitigating insider threats demonstrating cybersecurity knowledge, behavioural analytics, and critical skills. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving abilities paired with technical expertise to identify and assess potential insider risks.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation into alerts and relevant logs to identify, analyse, document, and report on actions or behaviours that are risky, are noncompliant to company policies, or are otherwise deemed suspicious
Use Network and Host based tools to detect potential threats and unauthorized activity across a wide range of IT systems and environments
Implement standard operating procedures within the program, including incident management in alignment with response plans, providing clear and detailed information to help address the perceived risk
Collaborate across the enterprise to support investigations processes and communicate business risks
Drive corrective actions and mitigation after reporting
Continually learn, adapt, and feed-forward findings to what is and is not risky behaviour based on prior notifications, changes in policies, and changes in security logs
Basic Requirements
Experience with UEBA/UBA, DLP, EDR, and SIEM tools
Experience in one or more of the following areas: behavioural science, incident response, security operations such as network security, digital forensic analysis, counterintelligence
Experience in digital risks such as abuse, fraud, data protection, or security
Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with partners across the business
Self-sufficient, motivated individual with the ability to calmly operate in high stress environment to meet goals in a timely manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to analyse data and communicate findings

A Customer Support Engineer at KLA is primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of capital equipment at customer sites.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for customer service activities associated with installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of capital equipment at customer sites.

Repairing of system level problems (which have multiple causes and for which no standard procedures exist)

Skills And Experience

Ability to address overall system issues (hardware, software, networking, automation, applications); ability to drive customer improvement programs, change order programs.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
You will be part of a team of technical specialists supporting the roll out of new products to customers as well as using this expertise to include customer requirements in new product developments.
Responsibilities:
The applications engineer will have following responsibilities in the team:
Perform the feasibility study on new samples provided by customers. This includes getting a good understanding of the customer expectations, discussing with our design engineering teams to work out the most optimal solution, preparing a report for the customer.
Represent the applications team in selected new product development programs. Join design reviews, formulate usability ideas, prepare and conduct internal alpha test plans, present to senior management in milestone meetings etc.
Write down detailed requirements for product improvements and discuss them with the different stakeholders, including the design engineering teams.
Perform acceptance testing of newly developed customer features before rolling them out to the customer.
Support beta installations at customers when required
Prepare technical training material and conduct the training to other KLA employees
Profile :
You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with industry experience
Experience as a technical specialist or application engineer in high technological products is an advantage but not a must
Like to work at the tool for most of the time

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with shown experience to join our team. This role focuses on representing the cybersecurity body within the organisation and supporting IT and cybersecurity teams in implementing and defining policies to meet organizational standards and harden systems to reduce the attack surface.
