What will you do:
A successful career in recruitment comes from building long term trusted relationships with candidates and clients
You will spend your time building these with top tier cybersecurity candidates and businesses
The majority of our target contacts are in North America and Israel, so you will be meeting them by phone and video call
Your job is to assess and select the very best people for our clients, manage them through an interview process and place them into their new role

This may all sound great, but it does not come easily…
Recruitment is fiercely competitive. To succeed, you need to have a thick skin. You must have the ability to brush off rejection on a daily basis. Above all, you have the desire to work hard to achieve big things.

We’re looking for people who either have prior recruitment experience (from any sector) and want to level up their career by working with us. Or passionate and driven trainees. As a trainee, you could come from any background, but generally having sales related experience will be massively beneficial.
