Role Responsibilities
The Channel Developer will be responsible for driving the growth and digital transformation across various channels. This role encompasses eCommerce management, business exploration for new opportunities, and full funnel activation projects.
Missions
Ecommerce: Develop and implement strategies for eCommerce platforms, focusing on pure players such as Amazon and e-specialists. Build and Negotiate win-win annual Joint business plan with the customers opened. Enhance the performance of click & collect through effective initiatives. Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and optimize sales funnels for increased conversion rates.
New business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B, DTC (Direct to Consumer), overseas markets etc. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business models and partnerships.
Activation Management: Managed digital marketing (Search, Banners, SEO / SEA...) for the eCommerce accounts. Oversee projects related to full funnel activation online, including digital marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives. Work with commercial and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activation strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school.
3 to 5 years of professional experiences in sales required (Category Manager, eCommerce manager, Business Developer….) preferably within a food or luxury goods industry company with a marketing experience or the willingness to have.
SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Passion for the business development
Good understanding of commercial performance indicators
