We are recruiting for a diligent, professional part time Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role necessitates a resilient and detail-focused person with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Overview Of Role
The Contract Administrator serves as a crucial conduit between multiple stakeholders, ensuring that accurate data is delivered and communicated daily to the appropriate parties and that all planned, and allocated works are distributed on time, meeting the standards set by the Company and its Clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with proven administrative work experience, ideally in the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Planning the day to day works of the Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and distribute/communicate work accordingly.
Ensuring the cascade of data is both accurate and timely.
Ensuring up to date records are both produced and kept via the appropriate mediums on time.
Liaise with the other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
Answering and dealing with phone calls from both Clients and Tenants.
Required Attributes
A self-motivated individual, looking to develop and progress within a successful Company.
Understand and work to an excellent level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience and be proficient with Microsoft packages, IT systems and databases and possess strong organisational abilities.
Experience of handling a high volume of calls will be beneficial
Require a friendly and professional attitude to encourage good relationships with Engineers, Tenants and Clients.
It is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks before you start working with us.

Purpose Of The Role
To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,140 per annum
Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure / EV Engineer - £40,755 per annum
OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K – uncapped

Qualifications And Key Skills Required
MET1
CMA1/CCN1
Single phase electric
MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable not essential)
Full UK Driving licence
Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters
3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous

Purpose Of The Role
The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of various projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in coordinating multiple projects, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling and executing, trips to meet demand of clients across the UK, in particular the Highlands and Islands of Scotland,
Coordinate project schedules, with operational teams available resources, and clients demand, ensuring tracking for each trip is documented,
Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontracting partners, and clients on deliverables,
Monitor project progress, track risks, and escalate issues as necessary,
Prepare reports, and documentation to support project activities and assist with billing information,
Book hotel accommodations, and other travel for each trip and account for the cost accurately,
Cover for holiday & sickness the business Travel mail box,
Support data analysis and reporting on project performance and KPIs,
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and other relevant records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in project planning, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
