Audio Visual Engineer

Operate and manage Tricaster systems for live streaming and recording.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video desks for various events and productions.
Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute AV projects.
Maintain and manage AV equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Provide technical support for AV-related issues during events and productions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an AV Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in operating Tricaster systems.
Strong knowledge of audio/video desks and their operation.
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
Excellent understanding of AV technologies and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Live/Town Halls/Webinars, running remote calls to high volume attendees
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in AV technology or related field.
Experience with other video editing software and AV tools.
Knowledge of live streaming platforms and technologies.

Deployment Engineer

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Deployment Engineer for a 3-month contract role based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and configuring laptops for new starters, particularly home workers. This role is on-site and offers a daily rate of £220.00 (Inside IR35).
Key Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and set up laptops for new starters, ensuring they are ready for home working environments.
Install and configure Windows 11 operating system, ensuring all updates and necessary drivers are applied.
Pre-install and set up relevant applications and software for each user according to their role and requirements.
Ensure all laptops meet internal security and company standards before delivery to end users.
Provide basic troubleshooting during the configuration process and escalate issues as needed.
Work efficiently to meet daily build targets and timelines.
Collaborate with IT support and other teams to ensure smooth handovers of equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT hardware configuration and laptop builds.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 installation and setup.
Familiarity with commonly used software and applications for various business functions (eg, Microsoft Office, VPN clients, remote desktop tools, etc.).

This transformation involves transitioning multiple services and service centres, with a focus on ensuring programme success through effective change leadership, integrated planning, and stakeholder engagement.
As the Senior Business Change Lead, you will play a critical role in reassessing the programme's current state, identifying capability gaps, and guiding the organisation to deliver its objectives through structured change management, governance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the redefinition of the programme's change strategy and approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current programme structure and propose enhancements to drive improved outcomes.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation, embedding robust change management principles into day-to-day activities.
