We are seeking an experienced Network Optimisation and Planning Contractor to support our major telecommunications clients on a variety of network enhancement projects. This role involves working on a rolling 3-month contract, with a day rate of PS400 and is based in Berkshire (1-2 days per week on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
Network Optimisation: Perform optimisation activities across a defined area in the UK, working with major telecommunication provider equipment to achieve specific set KPI targets.
Coverage Planning: Conduct detailed coverage analysis, mobile signal verifications (MSVs), and assist with the selection of the best sites from available options to enhance network coverage.
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for resolving network issues, acting as a manager for a key telecommunications provider while liaising with another major client to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Site Build Collaboration: Work closely with the client build team to ensure new site constructions meet contractual KPIs and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to test and integrate parameter changes, both on a national and local level, ensuring minimal impact on local networks.
National Network Impact Mitigation: Coordinate with national teams to ensure that large-scale changes do not adversely affect local networks.

Description:
Our client is seeking a Radio Planning Engineerwith expertise in planning wireless networks, including 2G/3G/4G/5G. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal network performance and aligning with customer needs and operational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other UK operators to enhance network performance, deliver radio designs, and ensure that the regional radio network meets national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning activities for wireless networks with a dynamic, adaptable approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network improvements based on customer feedback.
Work with vendors, suppliers, UK operators, and internal deployment and service operations teams to enhance performance.
Oversee site selection, attend multi-skilled visits for BAU and NTQ sites.
Ensure compliance with national guidelines and support network optimization efforts.
Deliver 2G/3G/4G/5G radio design at both site and BSC/RNC levels to meet coverage and capacity requirements.
Manage configuration builds in Cramer, draw approvals, and produce impact statements for NTQ sites.
Requirements:
Strong experience in RF planning for wireless networks.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, including working with vendors, suppliers, and operators.
Proven ability to manage site selection and ensure network compliance with national standards.
Expertise in 2G/3G/4G/5G network design, optimization, and future-proofing.
Experience working on large-scale network projects, including mergers, is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Based in Berkshire with 1-2 days onsite per week.

We are currently seeking an IT Asset Manager to join a dynamic team based in Northampton on a hybrid working model. This role focuses on the management and maintenance of end-user devices, such as laptops, mobiles, PCs, monitors, iPads, and more. This is an exciting 6-month contract with an ASAP start.

Oversee the management of hardware for joiners and leavers, ensuring smooth transitions.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure installations. This role requires direct onsite engagement at the end client site in Essex, working closely with third-party engineering partners to fulfil upcoming regulatory security commitments. This position demands a highly organized individual with extensive experience in infrastructure implementation, strong project controls, and a proven track record in large-scale project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Implementation Oversight: Coordinate and monitor the installation process for essential hardware systems, ensuring compliance with project timelines and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Engage confidently with external suppliers, ensuring accountability for project deliverables related to budget and schedule.
Project Planning & Controls: Develop and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project (MSP), maintain project controls (RAID logs), and prepare materials for steering committee updates.
Support & Deputization: Act as the primary contact in the absence of the program lead, managing all aspects of the Stansted-based project delivery.
Third-Party Coordination: Interface effectively with major suppliers and contractors, such as Securitas and Leidos, to align efforts and maintain project momentum.
Required Experience:
