Data Analyst | Hybrid (London)

Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a background in insurance or financial services? We’re seeking a skilled professional to support a Sage and Sun Systems implementation for a leading insurance organization. This is a 3-month contract role (inside IR35), with the potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project.

About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the data migration, reconciliation, and reporting processes during the system transition. Using Tableau, you will develop insights into financial data and operational performance, while ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities
Support data migration and reconciliation for Sage and Sun Systems.
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for actionable insights.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and project teams to define and analyze data requirements.
Perform data validation and transformation to ensure consistency across systems.
Identify data trends and anomalies to guide decision-making.
Provide post-implementation support for data analysis and reporting.

What You Bring
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in insurance or financial services.
Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau (dashboards, data visualization, reporting).
Familiarity with Sage and Sun Systems, particularly in a migration or reporting context.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Ability to handle large datasets and perform data reconciliation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, translating data insights into recommendations.
Prior experience working on inside IR35 engagements is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Day Rate: Competitive
Location: Hybrid (London) – Onsite as required
Contract Length: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
