ü Respecter les méthodes et process en conformité avec le système d’informations
ü Animer les réunions d’analyses et rédige le dossier d’analyse et les comptes rendus
ü Superviser le paramétrage « GTA » du SIRH en collaboration avec des équipes de back office.
ü Accompagner le client lors de la phase des tests.
ü Assister le client dans la production de sa paie et déclaratifs en phase de déploiement
ü Réaliser la recette projet sur son domaine
De Formation supérieure Bac + 3 minimum, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste similaire. Votre expérience vous a permis de développer votre connaissance de la paie ou de la GTA, de maitriser le paramétrage dans le respect du modèle et de connaitre la législation de la GTA et ses évolutions. Vous savez également gérer des projets. Votre aisance relationnelle, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, votre sens de l’écoute et votre orientation client sont des atouts indéniables pour réussir sur ce poste. ADP is Hiring a Key Account Manager, Global Named Accounts (UK)
With full scope to sell across ADP's UK Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on new revenue within some of ADP UK’s largest named accounts. This will involve being able to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of expertise and resource to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management.
Required Experience
6-10 years of sales experience within the HCM, payroll industry, SaaS, preferably within the environment of Large/Global Accounts
Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions – £3-500k ARR / annual licence +
Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quotas
Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events)
A structured approach, to generate and manage net new business opportunities (Challenger, MEDDPICC etc.)
Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors is an asset
Demonstrated success in a team selling environment
Skilled in effective use of CRM
Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills
UK Right to Work and a full UK Driving licence
Appreciated Experience
Extensive demonstrable experience in solution sales in a variety of different roles
Preferably experienced with large global enterprises
Your Tasks
Drive Our Business Forward: Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Arrange client onsite meetings, facilitate webinars, and manage all sales activities from due diligence to close and implementation handover. Maintain Salesforce.com with all new account, opportunity, contact, and forecast information, and adhere to the current defined sales processes. Utilize data provided by various sources relevant to the defined target market, e.g., marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, 3rd party referrals. Provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual metrics, market performance, and measures for improvement.
