Job Description
The role
As Head of Revenue Analytics, reporting into the VP Pricing Europe, you will use advanced analytical skills to solve various problems facing the business. You will play a critical role in championing the use of data to drive revenue growth from our products and services. While you will start as an Individual Contributor, the goal is to hire two more colleagues supporting your organization over the upcoming 12 months.
A key focus of this role will be supporting the business during its transition to a white-label platform, ensuring a smooth migration of revenue analytics and unification of our datasets. You will play a vital role in maintaining legacy data needs while designing and building scalable, future-proof data structures that enable deeper insights and data-driven decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
Drive delivery of commercial objectives – How you get things done may vary day-to-day: you may be setting strategic direction one day, assessing data and trends another day, and improving an operational process the next.
Lead the analytics transition to a white-label platform – Support the migration process by maintaining legacy data requirements, ensuring data continuity, and helping design the optimal structure for future revenue analytics.
Understand revenue performance and opportunities – Monitor trends in customer behavior and spending, analyze root causes, identify risks, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Design analytical solutions – Work with the Commercial Finance team and other senior stakeholders to turn business questions into clearly scoped analytical projects.
Deliver analytical projects end-to-end – Ensure work is robust, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
Communicate results to drive impact – Share insights and results in a commercial and compelling manner, with strong data visualization.
Manage and coach the team – Actively support your team on their work, planning, and prioritizing projects, while driving ownership and accountability.
Build strong cross-functional relationships – Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, and other supporting teams.
Provide support and oversight to strategic projects.
Qualifications
Your Profile
Over 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role, with a demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business impact.
Advanced Excel/SQL/Python skills required.
Strong analytical thinker, with success in uncovering and building business cases for new growth opportunities. Ability to apply effective financial and analytical frameworks.
Experience supporting large-scale data transitions or platform migrations is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead through influence and demonstrated potential as a future leader. Strong track record of working with senior leaders and collaborating cross-functionally.
Experience in driving team culture and fostering an environment that balances operational excellence with strategic innovation.
Ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. Must show resilience and prioritize effectively in an evolving landscape.
Strong intellectual curiosity, combining analytical skills, pragmatism, and strategic vision.

En tant que Platform Engineer, nous définissons des normes et construisons des outils qui aident les développeurs et les ingénieurs DevOps à utiliser notre environnement cloud de manière confortable et efficace. Notre équipe internationale leur fournit tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour passer de l'idée à la mise en service dans les plus brefs délais.
Vous rejoindrez notre équipe Cloud Networking nouvellement créée, une équipe clé qui gère l'ensemble de la solution AWS Networking de nos 700+ comptes AWS.
Nos missions au quotidien:
Vous contribuez à la conception, au développement et à l'adoption des standards et comptes AWS utilisés pour la livraison stratégique de nouveaux produits.
Vous participerez à la conception et au support de projets d’automatisation au sein de l’équipe, en coordination avec la sécurité, les architectes et les devops.
Vous maintiendrez les différents outils nécessaires aux développement de nouveaux produits au sein du groupe (Datadog, CircleCi)
Vous devrez aussi veiller à l’optimisation de l’existant aussi bien d’un point de vue des performances que des coûts. #finops
Qualifications
A propos de vous :
Solides connaissances dans les différentes ressources d’AWS ainsi que dans les architectures Cloud (TransitGW, AWS Organization, Controle Tower, NACLs, Api Gateways, Serverless),
Expérience démontrée dans la production à grande échelle d'AWS et d'outils IaC tels que Terraform,
Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques et normes en matière de cloud computing,
Expérience pratique d'au moins un langage de programmation,
Bonne compréhension des concepts derrière la CI/CD et de leurs avantages,
Expérience des outils de surveillance et de test, idéalement Datadog,
Compréhension de l'utilisation des systèmes de contrôle de version pour le travail collaboratif avec de multiples contributeurs.
L'anglais ecrit, lu et parlé !
