We are looking for a Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building diverse, cloud-based solutions for internal and client-facing projects. You will take ownership of the entire application lifecycle—from analysis to deployment and support—while collaborating with team members to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

As a lead developer, you will play a key role in coaching other developers, fostering growth within the team, and enhancing our collective expertise.

Your impact

As a Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer, you’ll make an impact by:

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
Take full ownership of the solutions you build, ensuring quality and sustainability.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement innovative approaches.
Mentor and coach junior developers to elevate team capabilities.



About you
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
Passion for Coding: You love to code and take pride in your work.
DevOps Mindset: You are proficient in modern CI/CD practices and deployment workflows.
Microsoft Expertise: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including:

Backend: C#, .NET Core, REST APIs
Frontend: Angular and/or Blazor
Tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps
Azure Cloud Experience: Proven expertise in Azure-based solutions.
Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical, with excellent communication skills.
Teamwork & Independence: A strong team player who can also excel independently when needed.
Bonus Skills:
MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL
Secure development practices
Python proficiency
Integration of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills.

Do you get fired up about IT or OT security, penetration testing, security governance, digital identity, data protection, business continuity and/or incident response? Are you a trendwatcher on cybersecurity threats, technologies and practices? Looking to launch your career in this fast-moving, fascinating field?

We’re looking for a talented Junior Security Consultant to join our Cyber Security and Privacy department.

Your impact

Our rapidly-growing cybersecurity practice advises clients in a wide variety of security domains. We help them increase security with technology (for monitoring, patch and vulnerability management and access management), strategy (governance and security architecture), processes and people (leadership culture and awareness).

We execute a very broad variety of projects that, depending on the expertise you’ll develop, range from application pen-tests, infrastructure security assessments, red teaming and incident response, to helping clients assess and improve their Software Development Lifecycle (secure software). You’ll help define a security strategy and governance, perform maturity assessments and help deliver cyber or information security roadmaps, including assistance with the implementation of tooling (SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, …).

You’ll assist clients stay compliant with regulations (GDPR, SWIFT CSP, …) and build their human firewall (security awareness / culture) and organisational resilience with services related to business continuity and crisis management.

About You

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or IT management, technology-related programmes or a master's degree in civil or business engineering (policy IT), mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies.
Interest or some experience in IT security and/or data protection.
Fluent in Dutch and or French with written skills in English.
Willingness to build strong client relationships; commercial flair is a plus.
Good project and time management skills under tight deadlines.
Analytical and able to work independently, but also sociable and communicative to work together in a team and with clients.
