As Java Technical Lead / Architect provides advice and support and implement IT Architecture related activities (Solution architecture, system design, technical architecture, follow up of development projects) in the Java domain. Prepare architecture deliverables concerning several IT topics (DevSecOps, API Governance, micro-service architectures, SDLC best practices, IT Governance, Kubernetes); Conduct proofs of concept concerning new technologies and trends, products or appliance of IT best practices;

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Functional analysis and hands-on implementation of business requirements and business processes;
Technical analysis, specification, and coding of business processes, user requirements and development of applications;
Prototyping and coding of proof-of-concept applications;
Design and implementation of applications and/or service and component models and their interfaces;
Development and integration of middleware components, relational databases;
Proofs of concept development and coding;
Design, implementation, and review of security concerns for applications;
Definition of test strategies, design, coding, and testing of applications;

Functional and technical documentation, including code documentation;
Functional and technical training, including coding tutorials;

Working with workflow engines such as Flowable and Camunda or Activity would be an asset;
Documenting architecture using tools like Microsoft Visio and Draw.io;
Knowledge of architectural documentation frameworks such as C4 , arc42, UML;
Very good SQL knowledge, with PL/SQL being a significant asset;
Proficiency in working with GraphQL and REST APIs;
Experience with OpenID Connect for secure authentication;

Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation;

Elaborate system integration and data migration approaches for legacy repositories;
