We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us in either of our sites at Bradford or London

We’re developing and growing of the Lending Digital Platform, InsurTech payments and Speciality Finance payments for our operational companies across 6 European countries.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Cloud technologies, infrastructure as a code, orchestration and data base management. Who will be responsible for assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Design and build DevOps technical solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns.

What will you be doing?

Automating the provisioning and management of the infrastructure;
Developing appropriate DevOps channels throughout the organization;
Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices;
Establishing a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes;
Engineering general and effective processes;
Helping operation and developers teams to solve their issues;
Supervising, Examining and Handling technical operations;
Providing a DevOps Process and Operations;
Capacity to handle teams with leadership attitude;

We Tend To Look For People With

Proficiency in DevOps Architect / Engineering;
Experience with Cloud Automation DevOps;
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices;
Experience with cloud-native and on-prem infrastructure;
Knowledge of microservices and traditional application patterns;
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies;
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team based in London. This hybrid role, with expectations to work in the office at least three days a week.

We are currently hiring for a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be good-natured, personable, and professional, with a strong proficiency in both server-side technologies and front-end development. What will you be doing?

Lead the development, maintenance, and integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Oversee all front-end and back-end software development and management.
Manage technical data and data storage solutions.
Demonstrate fluency in server-side technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, React).
Design, implement, and manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake).
Containerize applications for easy deployment and scalability.
Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Take responsibility for bug reporting, investigation, and patching.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security best practices and ensure data protection.

Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery is a bonus.

Extensive experience as a Senior Full-stack Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel, Node.js, TypeScript, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Python, and Ruby.
Proven experience with SaaS and Marketplace products on cloud platforms.
Expertise in Docker for containerization and deployment, Django framework, and the design and development of REST APIs.
Familiarity with Google Cloud services.
Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, React, CSS, and JavaScript.

Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Developer (Sharedo) to join us at our Business Centre in Bradford (BD4) on a permanent basis - Hybrid working, 2days office based and 3 remote.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer for designing, configuring and implementing low/no code solutions in our SAAS Platforms. This role focuses on configuring the Sharedo platform to meet client-specific needs and supporting clients and partners in learning how to use the platform's configuration tools effectively.

This is a Product Configuration/Customization and Developer role and as a Senior Developer, you will also work closely with Business Team to understand their requirements, set up workflows, forms, templates, develop Sharedo extension using JavaScript. You will be also managing a small team of developers/configurators to meet the product requirements.

What will you be doing?

Workflow and Process Setup: Configure “work types,” workflows, and forms within the Sharedo platform to align with client business processes.
Data customisation: Build up a detailed knowledge of the Sharedo application and understand how to customise it in the most value driven way.
Platform Customisation: Use Sharedo tools to modify fields, layouts, and business rules in line with product specifications.
Platform Extension: Use Sharedo tools to develop widgets using Javascript and plug them in Sharedo UI.
API Integration: Use Sharedo tools to integrate with external 3rd party APIs where applicable.
Lead and Mentor: Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance on technical decisions, best practices, and career development. Foster a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Agile Practices: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Help the team stay focused on delivering value to the customer.

We Tend To Look For People With

Significnt and in depth experience with JavaScript, including deep expertise in ES6+ and modern JavaScript features.
Proficiency in configuring software in a low-code or configurable environment (e.g., ShareDo or similar platforms). Background in Workflow modelling and design
Experience with Knockout.js or similar MVVM frameworks for data-binding and application structure.
Experience with Bootstrap for responsive web design and UI component integration.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of API integration (RESTful APIs, WebHooks etc).
