TECHNOLOGY FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER AI

Arrow’s Global Components is looking for a Technology Field Application Engineer AI. In this position, you will be specializing in AI, high-end processing, and system-on-modules (SoM) serves as a technical liaison between a customer´ engineering teams and suppliers. This role focuses on providing expert support, technical guidance, and solutions for integrating advanced processing technologies into customer applications.

What will you be doing at Arrow GC?

You will be responsible for technical pre-sales support: Assist customers in selecting and designing AI-driven and high-performance computing solutions based on system-on-modules and chips
Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and help them optimize AI algorithms, hardware acceleration, and embedded computing systems.
Product Integration & Troubleshooting: Support customers in integrating SoM-based AI and high-end processing solutions into their applications, ensuring seamless hardware and software compatibility.
Training & Documentation: Conduct technical workshops, create documentation, and provide hands-on training on AI frameworks, edge computing, and SoM platforms.
Demonstration & Prototyping: Develop proof-of-concept demos and reference designs showcasing AI and high-performance processing capabilities.

What are we looking for?

You have experience with System-on-Modules, SoCs, edge AI processors (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm, NXP, Altera)
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), embedded systems, and high-performance computing architectures.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C/C++
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

MANAGED SERVICES PLATFORM ARCHITECT

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and development partners to ensure the platform meets functional requirements and operates securely within Arrow’s guidelines. About The Role

The Channel Business Development Manager in Arrow will be responsible for hunting and developing new accounts to distribute Sovos products and solutions.

Sovos is a global provider of tax, compliance and trust solutions and services, offering businesses Cloud-based tools to manage complex tax obligations across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tax reporting and compliance processes.

We are looking for candidates with ERP/Invoicing SaaS experience, which is a critical requirement for the job. Profiles without IT Sales experience will not be considered for the role.

The primary outcome is to drive profitable growth in the partner landscape through the acquisition of new channel partners. They will be required to define customer and vendor needs and execute a sales plan to develop and grow the business. The role will involve relationship management and development across both our partners and vendors to ensure trust and mutual execution of business purposes.

The position is based in our office in Courbevoie. This role is a hybrid job.

What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

Identify & qualify prospects (channel partners) in the context of the EU Continuous Transaction Control mandate in the French Area,
Coordinate with marketing on identification and recruitment of channel partners,
Develop market development action plan and position the Sovos technology within the channel community,
Recruit channel partners and coordinate with the enablement team for providing them with the required Sovos knowledge,
Together with marketing department, establish joint action plan for approaching recruited partners end-user community,
Attend and set meetings and agendas for Quarterly & Annual Reviews, including setting direction, directives and mutually agreeable action items,
Continuously update distribution partners on pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives. Share in the responsibility for overall profitability and growth of your business unit.

What are we looking for?

Previous sales experience in selling IT & financial ERP products and solutions as well as working with channel partners,
Business Development & Hunting experience for 5 years minimum + demonstrating consistent over achievement in sales contribution,
Someone with experience in the field of ERP or automated tax compliance solutions (SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, ODOO, CEGID, EDICOM, AVALARA, VERTEX, PAGERO, Thomson REUTERS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 …)
Previous experience in e-invoicing, Tax Compliance, Cloud VAT software, tax automation, tax reporting,
Excellent organization and creativity skills,
French and English language spoken mandatory.

An Arrow BPM is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing an organization’s operations on a dedicated set of assignments. He/she identifies bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and drives growth by translating complex business needs into efficient processes.
He/she meticulously examines existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. He/she creates detailed process maps and redesign workflows to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes.
Successfully implementing process changes requires adept leadership. BPM oversees organizational change initiatives, helps to develop communication plans, provide guidance for training, and support the Change management team to address resistance to ensure smooth transitions.
He/she establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and track process metrics to gauge the effectiveness of process improvements. BPM collects and analyzes data to identify trends, measure progress, and make data-driven decisions.

Good mixture between technical & soft skills is required:
