Data Insights Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Job Description
As a vital member of the Direct Medics TA team, you will effectively manage and execute a diverse range of requisitions and be instrumental in collating data and reconciling reports from our internal systems and the ATS. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders will be essential in this role. A solid grasp of IT knowledge and Excel experience along with a curious mind for the data and insights space will be essential for this role!
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, skills, and requirements for specific positions.
The ability to reconcile reports from various systems in order to give us a broader understanding to the recruitment markets in key areas.
A background in Data processing or Data insights would be advantageous.
Communicate clearly and effectively throughout the recruitment process with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership. Position yourself as a subject matter expert by proactively sharing updates, market insights, and relevant reports.
Have worked in a similar role involving data Analytics or Data insights would be advantageous
Actively source and nurture future candidate pipelines through networking and referrals.
Keep accurate updates on candidates in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance and reporting needs are met.
Help collect and prepare employment data for metrics, reports, and analysis as needed.
Carry out any other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Outstanding sourcing abilities with proven experience in both direct sourcing techniques and engaging passive candidates.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you're sociable, approachable, and enjoy fostering relationships.
A strong dedication to being recognised as a genuine ‘talent advisor' for the organization.
A results-oriented mindset, eager to address all company talent needs promptly and with a positive attitude.
